^ oh Dellavandova has been involved in atleast three plays this season, that can constitute as "dirty plays" he tends to dive at players feet, which is rather dangerous.

I still don't have an interest to watch GoT haha, it's just from the parts I've seen it kinda annoys me for some reason lol. However, maybe I might give it a legit chance one day.

 

I think Korver's injury had to do with him too?

Haha, it's just the little man (don't know the actors name) always sounds so melodramatic... he just annoys me for some reason. Don't know why. However, probably because I don't have a connection to the characters, as I don't watch it regularly.

Oh yeah, Sarah Stephens is popular with many here but I find her face really boring for some reason- just interchangeable.  The Agent P brand rarely does photoshoots, but they are more interesting than VS stuff.  They seem to like nipple covers a lot...too risque and R-rated for VS, LOL.

Hanna F- Like Sarah I think she's OK but I don't go out of my way to check her thread. 

Hannah Ferguson has one of the best bodies in the biz in my opinion. I Think I'll even go as far as say, that she has the best body out of every model, in my eyes. Plus I think her face is pretty, not breathtakingly WOW and her face is a little too narrow... but she's pretty to me.

This is what happened with Dellavadova and Al Horford yesterday. Many don't think Al should have gotten ejected for that... he didn't aim for his head. Dellavadova ended up getting a technical. And yes like I mentioned before now there's a debate on whether Dellavadova plays too dirty. He was involved with Taj Givson in the Bulls series, where he purposely locked legs with him and Taj ended up being the one to get ejected. And Dellavadova was also the one that got tied up with Kyle Korver that and Kyle ended up breaking his ankle. They think Dellavadova plays hard, but that he needs to be more cautious.

Oh, I don't know really... It does look like an aggressive move on Horford's part, but then again it seems to be a pattern with Dellavedova.

Yeah there was an aggressive move on Al's part, that's why the commentators thought he should have gotten a flagrant foul 1, but Al didn't aim for his head or use excessive force, and just didn't seem like a fragrant two. Especially, when it comes to big playoff games, the refs should be extra careful in calling flagrant two's in my opinion.

Oh, yeah, Maryna/Magda haven't done that much these past two years, sadly.  Edita seems to be doing mostly commercial modeling which is duller than what she used to do.  I thought they looked magnificent in the behind the scenes photos of VS Swim, and so did Erin Heatherton.  For me Edita is a consistent, timeless favorite.

 

Brooke's body is probably in your alley but not the face, though (I don't like it, either).

I agree, Agent P, on average, is better than VS. The pics are more risky, as you stated, and the models they choose have better bodies in my eyes.

Yeah, I think VS body types are quite at odds with the voluptuous big bust/big butt pin-up lingerie type that most (normal) people are attracted to.  I've never fully figured it out why VS enforces this type of body.  My guess is that super-skinny is meant to coordinate itself with the HF world, and tight/hard body is meant to cover the VS sports line.  The Super-skinny and exotic, delicate bone structure is also a bit 'larger' than life.

Of interest is Rachel Hilbert dominating PINK Stores....literally she is the only one there.  I don't recall ever seeing her on the runway and she is actually on the curvy/athletic side, and different from the VS girls.  I find her face quite homely but the body is closer to lingerie than VS, lol.

It's funny that there are/were a few posters that seem to treat VS as if it is some sort of benchmark for feminine beauty & sexuality- as if these models were merchandized towards those that are attracted to women, and not straight women that are buying underwear.      They go far enough to think that VS is so big that models would never stop at a chance to work with them & being a VS angel is the pinnacle of a model's career.  I think it's a bit of long term conditioning from VS promotional efforts.   There are rumors that the new VS angels have contracts only at the $100,000 annual range- that's a long way from what Gisele Bundchen was getting.  This includes the usual stipulations and restrictions that VS girls have to deal with, which denies them work with other parties.

Some hardcore SI fans also take it too far.

Indeed, and one of the funny things Steph is that the media often gets it wrong!  These clueless writers often misidentify models as VS models-either the model never worked for them or they only did a little catalog work or maybe walked in the show.  It's a brand name that sticks, due to VS stores being so widespread.  IIRC 1/3rd of Lingerie dollars go to VS in the USA.  Even models that never worked for VS in many years like Rosie still get that tagline attached to them.

Yes exactly! The other day I was reading an article from PEOPLE magazine, who I consider more reliable compared to some other outlets, who labelled Irina Shayk as a Victoria's secret model. I rolled my eyes at that, I believe she did take some shots for them at some point, but not many and not recently...she's not known for VS. If they had to come up with a title, it would have been more accurate to call her a Sports Illustrated model.

Oh and a random note, I never fully got Nina Agdal's appeal. She has that cute smile, there is a prettiness to her face... but there's something odd about her face, to the point that I don't understand why some go Gaga over her looks or why she's somewhat popular (even before the SI cover) A lot of people find her gorgeous. Everyone has different tastes of course.

Oh and I'm curious, who does everyone dislike more..... Cara Delevigne or Chrissy Teigen?

Lol, Irina Shayk as a VS model.  I remember that she did a few catalog pics...and that was around four years ago. 

I am mixed about Nina Agdal....It's funny to explain it.  I think she has a weird head shape/face shape, that resembles that of a dwarf.

But she is a really good model of lingerie/swimwear/tight dresses/clubbing gear and brings attitude.  Her body is pretty nicely shaped in a 360 degree sort of manner with interesting angles.  So like Charlotte Mckinney (who looks even ugly in the face sometimes) her body is worth checking out, LOL.

I am not sure about what the superfans see of her. (thinking of MarVS)

Chrissy Teigen I have never seen outside of SI.  So, Cara.

It's funny how Chrissy and Cara are popular outside of this forum, as public figures. Not just in terms of modelling, I see both as celebrities with a brand now. Yet among this forum, they aren't all that loved.
