About Neo's thread...it wouldn't be bad to close it as long as the last post explains that it will be opened upon his request and is only being closed to keep the drama down.

About Ashley...*heavy sigh*...I know my vote doesn't count much at this point, since those that weren't privy to the happenings a few months ago already voted, but I figured I'll say something anyway. Her and I have had our differences to say it lightly. In spite of that, I agree that she is, as Nicole put it, "a good worker". My one concern is the same concern I had before we had our initial staff changes and that is the strictness in which the rules were enforced back then. I think Ashly is very detail oriented and organized and while that surely works well for her I think it caused tension in the forum. I also think Ashley is a bit moody which caused tension here (though I know I did not help that at times).

So, in light of our new additions to the mod staff I don't think we need to add Ashley but also, if you guys decide to go ahead and do it anyway. I would like to start out on a clean slate with her.

Now his thread is closed, let's just move on...please???

I think the majority voted for her to be brought back on HOWEVER, in light of what Jimmy has said, does anyone want to retract their vote for her return? That's perfectly okay since I think Jimmy has made a well-thought out argument here.

ETA: if no one has any objections, I'll put her back tomorrow.

Well, we could bring her back on, with the exception that she try and be a little less moody. At least when dealing with moderation decisions, I don't have a problem with her being moody in here. As well, cleaning the slate between her and Jimmy would also be a condition, but that would be for you two to keep that slate clean.

I do think that now that she won't have to be dealing with Neo, she will be much more calm, because alot of her bad moods stemmed directly from things Neo was doing.
