It's hotlink galore on BZ :|
can we just drop the hotlink rule? I mean if people are stupid enough to allow hotlinking they deserve to get there bandwidth used up.
not to mention it reduces the work for all yall

What kind of logic is that? Because someone hasn't blocked hotlinking that means they deserve for for their bandwidth to get stolen - that's like someone saying if you leave your door open you deserve to get robbed. Yes leaving the door open is stupid but that doesn't make the stealing right.
The hotlinking rule stays. Period. And if the same people keep hotlinking over and over well then their posting abilities can just be suspended indefinitely since either they don't read the rules or don't care.
I still think unless they say "please dont hotlink" they are allowing for reuse of there images (linking) weather that embedded or not. But you the boss so k we shall leave the rule as is. Just putting my 2 cents

Mishedew is creating a whole bunch of threads in "General talk" for single events some celebrities were a part of.
It seems to me that's not what General talk is for. I think the best thing to do would be to merge them with the threads of the people they are about.
^ I think we should either merge them into their appropriate threads or just merged all the threads she/he started into one (perhaps an "Entertainment News of Interest" thread or something like that)
And I think we should keep the hotlinking rule
