Well, I have to admit I don't know her all that well.

What is it about her that makes you dislike her, PC?

hmm dont remember the thread that the Email issue was brought up. But anyways seems like the emailing client wasnt installed on one of the 2 servers. It has now been installed so hopefully if someone changes there password they should receive emails now if it happened to be on that server (old server should still be emailing fine).

I am not a fan of Layla b/c of her lack of respect for the rules. I have confronted her many times regarding hotlinking and posting nudity (among other things.) It wasn't until I told her to stop or I will give her an official warning did she smarten up.

Anyways, I told Dajana we currently cannot grat Layla a thread.

Hello! Well, if you remember me complaining about my computer and how it often hampers my ability to post because of its jackassness, it's finally over. The damn thing has kicked the bucket and now I'm on a Mac, which is taking some getting used to. But that's not the point. The point is that, when trying to access specific threads here on BZ through AOL, like Marisa's thread, I get an error message reading something like "Number of redirect limits exceeded for this URL." I only get this on BZ -- not even on FMT does it do this, and yet it's the same forum software.

So as an admin, do you know of some solution to this? The site works through Safari, which I could always just use instead, but I just felt like asking. Thanks!

1) toreyray keeps on starting tabloid news related threads. He always link it to webcastr.com. I have a feeling that is his video page. Is what he is doing allowed here?

2) Have we figured out why it is so slow on the site sometime?

3) I attempted to do a ban filter on for-profit host, but the links are still active. I asked an admin at Celeb City (they have for-profit ban on CC) for help and he has no clue what to do. Could some here help me?

1) if thast all he posts just ban him, thats what I normally do if i feel someone is not doing something they should. Its fully upto the admins discression.

2) its apache dont know whats up, it will probabaly happen again but its just a simple reboot. Havent had time to really dive into it to figure out whats up.

3) filters only apply to new posts. you have to do that rebuild posts thingy if you want to do them all, but you prolly shouldnt do it since it takes *forever* to do and you have to have your browser open while doing it and you cant restart it if it fails

James, I think the problem is limited to the Blue-grey skin. I don't have any icons or buttons visible when I used that one, they've all been replaced by text-links.
