Brazil is a better team, but soccer has it's surprises. England & Portugal should be a great game

I dont understand people's complaining about Brasil....they are playing soccer and they are getting the job done, they are winning. The announcers here in the U.S are making them sound god like....I mean they are but still, they are talking like Brasil has to be undefeated and be winning by 20 or 30 goals in each game but any way you look at it 1 - 0 score is a winning game and they are winning. I personally think Adriano sucks as a starter so yeah he has scored two goals but when Robinho started in his place Brasil looked like Brasil. When Adriano is on the field the team doesnt look so good. They are talking about Ronaldinho not doing his "samba" on the field and he's not directed the "band" but in reality he is, he is doing his job and he gives all the passes or starts the run when a goal is scored. Kaka is playing superb and Ronaldo well even though his weight has become a contraversy he is getting the job done I just personally dont think he works good with Adriano good example is today if Adriano passed the ball to Ronaldo in the first half it would have been 2 - 0 way before Adriano scored but instead he got a yellow card for falling down. When Robinho is playing the game steps up to another level because he is like a firecracker he flys everywhere and the games momentum changes....albeit he was sidelined today because of an "injury", if you talk to my uncle he will say its strategy by the coach Yes Brasil is a heavy favorite to win because they are the best team and one thing I hate is when people go for the underdog or the Cinderella story I dont know it just pisses me off. From what I notice Brasil is lowering their style to the opposing team, its like they have a switch and when they turn it on watch out....thats how I feel they are playing in this World Cup. Coach has a lot more better strikers in my opinion than Adriano on his bench but thats just my opinion

Brazil already has five, more than anyone else,....they don't need a 6th one so soon. I understand they want it, who wouldn't? And I mean no offense, really! I just want someone else to have a chance.....and I don't say that because I want Portugal to go (even though I do) I just want somebody else to win....I mean in 98 Brazil went to the final, in 02 they WON the whole thing, they don't need to go all the way AGAIN so SOON. Don't Shoot!!

Anyways I think Portugal can beat England, I think Brazil is gonna get revenge on France, and I think Italy is gonna beat Ukraine.

Germany & Argentina is the only one where I really don't even want to guess. Argentina is a great team, but Germany has that national pride thing going for them.

well see thats the thing....when you're the team to beat...thats exactly what it means....brasil is the team to beat...the reigning champions....the number 1 team in the world and they live up to that reputation...that is why they have so many of the records....the reason they always win is because they are that good. will i be mad if they lose no I wont be mad....I personally thought they would face Spain on Saturday but they will face France and I think Brasil will get their revenge from 1998. I think it will come down to Brasil and Portugal. on the other side whoever wins between Germany and Argentina will go to face Brasil or Portugal in my opinion and obviously I want Brasil in the final, they are my favorite team...I've been a fan of Brasilian culture since 1993. I hope it will come down to Argentina and Brasil but the ball is round and anyone can win the tournment I just want my favorite team to win (why dont I move to Brasil?)

Me being a fan of Brasil started because I've always liked the culture and I was a kid back then I didnt know they were such a good team at the time and then they won the world cup in 94....everyone has to start somewhere right, I just happened to choose a winning team at the time but they are still my team...whoever wins the world cup Brasil or not Brasil will still be my favorite team....I dont jump on bandwagons per say....only home team I like is the Lakers and I've been a fan since I was a kid and they happen to be a great team and I stick with them even when they lose.

Feel how you wanna feel about it. I know I think it's alittle cocky in the way that it annoys me that they think they are unbeatable, doesn't bother to bring their best game. And yes, I must admit, it really annoys me when they get away with it and win. But whatever....

Anyways, I know I shouldn't think so far ahead, especially because anything can happen in soccer, but I just keep thinking that if Portugal beats England, and Brazil beats France (or Spain) then Portugal would play Brazil for a chance to go to the FINAL game .....that would mean WAR....I mean Ecuador's out so its basically Brazilians and Portuguese, ....so if it comes down to a game between these 2 teams....for a chance at the final....that would be INTENSE.
