^It's weird, despite me not liking any of the "Angels" from this period really (only Gisele - thought Izabel and especially Selita were bad additions) I'm in agreement! I think it's probably that I think the 2005/6 shows were the best - they'd progressed from a straight 'fashion' show, but had yet to lapse into parody, of which 2007 was the worst offender...I liked nearly everybody from this period! In fact, I like Selita a lot more than her replacement..Chanel. I like Izabel, too. Brazilian theme > 18 year old blonde theme!
Alessandra and Karolina were my favorites and, in terms of looks, they were definitely at their peak.
With VS today I can't say that I'm much of a fan anymore. Alessandra is still an Angel, but I think she's past her prime.
I like Chanel much more then Selita... I liked Selita at the begining and actually stood up for her, but she annoyes me now rather... but I like Izabel still, and Alessandra, and I liked Karolina as well, but not now, her body looks... just too skinny for my taste.

^Never liked Selita, she annoyed me from the get-go! And I didn't see the point of Izabel when you already had Ale, she even styled herself "Baby Ale" didn't she? Fine enough on the catwalk, but why have her as an "Angel" when you already had a better one?I liked nearly everybody from this period! In fact, I like Selita a lot more than her replacement..Chanel. For me though, 2005 had Natasha Poly and Inguna Butane at their prime, Ana Beatriz, Fernanda Tavares, Trentini, Morgane Dubled...
And Doutzen looked simply fantastic
- and I've willing her to knock me out again like she did in that show ever since.

I also have something for you (and others as well) that I came upon this morning:
Princess Jasmine from Disney's Aladdin comes to "real" life via a graphic artist's rendering
We’ve always loved the Disney princesses in a fairy tale sense, so we’ve never imagined they were real. But one graphic design student at the Arts University College at Bournemouth in the UK had the creative idea to bring Disney characters to life using photo manipulation. Jirka Väätäinen told us, “I've always been interested in the way people look and what makes them unique in their appearances. This was a personal challenge for me to see if I could recreate characters that we all know and love, and try to maintain their unique features. The end results are what I would imagine the characters to look like in ‘real life,’ while still staying somewhat true to the unrealistic quirks in their original character designs.” Väätäinen said his interpretations of eight Disney princesses and one villain were created by combining elements from different photos of women who resemble the characters. He then creates composite images through digital painting and then puts them together using Photoshop. The results are stunning and completely entertaining.Check out all of Väätäinen’s Disney-inspired art here in this slideshow. We’re hoping he’ll add Snow White, Cinderella, Tiana, Rapunzel, Alice, and Tinker Bell soon. Some of them look very realistic, like our favorite, Princess Jasmine from “Aladdin.” Let us know which you like the best.

Princess Jasmine - absolutely stunnning

Princess Aurora of "Sleeping Beauty" looks like a supermodel. Those cheek bones!

Pocahontas is working some Barbie-like proportions.

Beautiful Belle may not fall for Beast right away, but he'll find a way to win her over.

We can understand why everyone is obsessed with Esmeralda, the stunning gypsy in "The Hunchback of Notre Dame."

If mermaids were real, Ariel of "The Little Mermaid" might look like this.

Ursula the sea witch from "The Little Mermaid" was based on the actor/drag queen Divine. We can see the resemblance!

Megara from "Hercules" looks like she's up to no good. Perhaps because she had to work for Hades.

And here's his latest addition: Mulan!

Who do you guys like the most?
I think they are all awesome!

And here´s his blog:

Fine enough on the catwalk, but why have her as an "Angel" when you already had a better one?I always thought of the contract girls as necessarily being a mix, so you'd relate (or be attracted to
) at least one. It's the same now with Erin and Lindsay, they are not different enough to warrant both of them...
I can´t really tell them apart
But I was always able to tell apart Ale and Izabel, at least... and you might admit that Iza has a rocking body (her butt is a piece of heaven
). But yeah, many people complained that they look too much alike. And I´ve always said it would be nice to see some diversity - some redhead there, some Asian, some Hawaiian, some... dunno, Indian
and native american... ![]()

those are awesome jen

oooh I´m sorrybut she´s beautiful
is she a good player?
Oh, this one! Now I know
it is great thing, you can record anything you want and watch another channel when you want
you can also set up recording to the time you want, and don´t have to be at home. But I mostly watch movies from DVD, because they broadcast it here on TVs really late (like, it takes years to get a movie from cinema to TVs) and plus to that, on Fridays or Saturdays, and I´m never home at weekend, so...
I rather buy it or borrow from friends.
Seriously?
I´d laugh just like you
I get her feelings, it must be annoying - you know, it´s nice to hear it once or twice, but always... oh no
you know the woman too? Is she studying there? Or working?
Yeah, she's really good and I guess mistaking a female basketball player for Beyonce is a compliment ![]()
. She's a good all around player though. She's good on offense, defense and rebounding, is one of few women to ever dunk
and is the third person and first woman to win Rookie of the Year and league MVP in the same year.
I've probably seen more movies over friend's houses than alone, though we usually talk through it or I fall asleep on it, so I don't count some of them as being seen I guess
.
I know her technically I guess. She works here although he thinks she's a spy. My only need to interact with her would be to make fun of him, but I don't only so he doesn't think its some sly way of making a move of my own because you know how some guys are...territorial and insecure I guess
. Plus, when if he fails, I don't want him to be able to blame anyone else
.

Jasmine looks like Kim Kardashian pre-surgeries
Princess Aurora resembles Claudia Schiffer
Belle looks like Miranda Kerr
Pocahontas is stunning
Ariel looks too childish? I mean, her face never looked 'too mature' but on this drawing, she looks to young somehow.
Ursula is drawn so well!
Megara-the worst ![]()
Mulan-ok, but there's something off about the drawing
That said, I admire people with drawing skills, cause I am not good at it at all ![]()

both are beautiful but absolutely not my type of girls. They lack something for me
I find Chanel...just not pretty. I don't get it, actually...
I think Selita is good looking, but I never had much interest in her. You're right about Karolina...when she was doing VS her physique was more athletic and curvy. ![]()
Dewi Driegen is probably the most robotic-mannequin looking model I've ever seen. I think she's beautiful, but there's no personality in her photos. She's just...too perfect looking to be human, LOL.
I've seen Caroline in person before, and she is...to me.. pretty much the image of the Swedish 'ultimate blonde'.
She reminds me a model that used to walk the runways for VS...but I just can't recall her name :-p

Whow, she seems to be really successful, which is great. Do you have more pictures of her?
Your friend thinks she is a spy?
that´s great
and, yeah, I understand your attitude. People love to blame others for their own failures ![]()

but Lay, no Kim Kardashian, please
I love Pocahontas the most, she is simply stunning
and agree, Ariel looks so childish, but... she was like 15 or so in the movie, right?

^Peculiar isn't it, taste? I find Chanel almost obscenely pretty - at red carpet events she makes me swoon!I like Chanel much more then Selita... Whereas (and not even for comic effect) Selita's face - for me - has something unattractive, even verging on ugly about it (and dead behind the eyes!). She can look pretty in certain shots, but in motion and most of the rest of the time(!) the angles just don't work for me and actually make me dislike her face...
She reminds me a model that used to walk the runways for VS...but I just can't recall her name :-preally? I have no idea which one
Yfke Sturm? From 2005 show?
