Two days ago I did like 100 sit-ups and the next day... nothing. Absolutely no pain. It seems I have to rise the number, damn.

When you speak about the water - how does your city supply a fresh water?

We had a very dry year in 2012, but this one seems great so far - even the well at our cottage is totally full, which is great.

Looks like you might want to try other core strength training exercises too. There are so many out there so take your pick at what looks more your level and appeal...and get ready for the laughing pains to come

Well when thinking of water I need to think on a larger regional scale. So with that said it be best if you read this for a deeper and sound explanation: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Water_in_California

I usually try to stay away from Wikipedia sources but what’s there is very accurate.

Mhmm, although I wouldn't mind a few more weeks of winter here. Been too warm and I love my rain when the season is here. And yes, unusually warm for this time of the year. But we have a few weak storms coming our way so that should cool things off for a good week

So, how are the storms?

Completely gone and now a dome of high pressure is bringing in some mild summer like temps here, what a turnaround Bit too warm for my liking though as cooler temps is what I'm in the mode for. Oh well, I guess I can just bask in the sun and count my luck that it isn’t snowing here

Some pics Cara is so precious!

^I'm becoming quite a fan. In the UK she very much a rising star - a 'celebrity'. Unlike Argentina, models are not household names here outside of the '90s "Supers". Not since Kate Moss have I seen so many newspaper and mags (and even television) devoted to a mere model.

My favourite picture of her:

She can be serious too though, I guess you've seen this new Burberry ad:

^Cara is fast becoming the UK’s biggest crossover celebrity/model since the great Agyness Deyn explosion of 2008. If rumours are to be believed, she’s even about to embark on a singing career. I think I’m still on the fence, though. She’s very striking, but I haven’t yet felt compelled to ‘get on board’, as it were.

Hey Jennka, hope you're keeping well!

Michael I am now, finally! Things are settling down, fl found a job, so everything seems brighter now

How are you?

That's good to hear, I'm glad everything's starting to work out for you.

Still going strong, thanks! Spring seems to have pulled a fast one as we’ve got yet another thin dusting of snow on the ground at the moment. I’m starting to take it personally actually, whatever strange and random weather conditions we get always seem to hit on Tuesdays, which is the only day of the week that I regularly have to use a car.

Did you ever get the chance to see those new Red Dwarfs (Dwarves?)?

Thank you for the link I read most of it, whoa, your water system is like a whole world itself.

Well, yesterday I did 5 series of 30 sit-ups, and today, nothing again. It seems I really need to try other types of abdominal exercise as well. Any advice?

Hell, you mention snow, and we actually have one today it started snowing in the morning, with an annoying and strong wind blowing. Really freezy today, and it already seemed like a wonderful spring comming

Yes, I did, love her in that one. Cara is a mask, she can do from innocent and crazy to sexy and sensual. Maybe it´s her bubbling personality, dunno, I just can´t resist her.

Also, she has really solid model-features, those amazing eyes, great face structure, lean, thin body.

Is she really becomming so popular in UK?

and also great to know you´re falling for her she does not seem to be much liked around BZ.

Whoa, so really? How does the popularity look like exactly? I´m very curious. We don´t have anything like that here in Slovakia.

I also heard something about the singing carieer. And acting as well. I wish she sticked to modeling... once she starts to sing or act, we´ve lost her

So you´re not really convinced by her?

That's good to hear, I'm glad everything's starting to work out for you.

Noo, hell, but glad you do remind me. I will try today! Now I´m absolutely hooked on watching Fraser, Friends, The Bing Bang Theory, reading Harry Potter in Spanish to practice, and Dawkins´ God Delusion, and as I finally have some more time for myself (as fl is working), I started to exercise once again, which I take great pleasure in so many things to do.

Do you anything about this new Red Dwarf series DVD, Michael?

As for the snow, I´ll tell you something. On Monday and Tuesday fl gave me a ride to my work, the weather was sunny, warm. On Wednesday I had to go via tran and on feet, so why not screw the weather? It got pretty cold, but it was still bearable to walk in. Today?? It started to snow and the wind was so freezing that when I finally entered my work, I could not feel my thights. Of course, Friday is gonna be the same and (again) I have to travel to work on my own fl offered me a ride this morning, but hell, it´s way too indirect roundabout for him that I could permit.

So you usually do not use a car?

Anytime Jennka, now you see why explaining the water system in California would of been one LONG post here for me...links are our friends

Looks like you need a new exercise indeed with that last tid bit of information. And as far as advice, try YouTube, seriously, they have some amazing step-by-step exercise that will target whatever muscle you want. Just a matter of finding the one that best fits what your trying to accomplish. So give it a go and see what best fits your routine

Hell, you mention snow, and we actually have one today it started snowing in the morning, with an annoying and strong wind blowing. Really freezy today, and it already seemed like a wonderful spring comming

I actually wouldn't mind some cooler weather now. I'm getting tired of this heat already, lovely for a day or two but I want my normal winter/spring weather now. We broke a few heat records in certain areas of the southern state yesterday. For instance, a city called Burbank which is about 15 km north of Los Angeles was 93 F (34 C) And just to show you how many micro climates we have here. Just travel 25 km west of Burbank to the coast and it's a cool 53 F (11 C). Oh well, it could be worse, we could have howling winds and snow LOL, hope the weather improves on your side soon though, nice to finally be in shorts and tank top weather eh?

Oh, not my idea at all! I think it was donny or Andy who first posted these miscelanous pictures of models, and I thought, why not, it´s a great thing to do, so when I stumble upon a pic I really like, I save it to my comp and post it here when I visit to answer posts

Oh, long indeed! I was only able to read the first part thoroguhly, and flicked through the others, so much information there.

So youtube. I´ll give it a go. I tried a new exercise yesterday, and guess what? I feel a little pain now but it was more of a butt exercise than abdominal, and although I did another 4 series of 30 sit-ups, my stomach pretends to actually not having done anything. So the best solution seems to be try out new things. And try harder

Yeah! I love shorts and skirts! And my sneakers, I so do miss them

Your country is very diverse, I see. I think it´s because of the ocean and its currents? But hell, 34C? Way too much for me. Which are the normal temperatures you usually get at this part of year?

Ha, nice No pain no gain! Well hopefully those YouTube videos help as there are a myriad of options to choose from so I guess it's just a matter of finding something that works for you. Just be careful not to overdue it and injure yourself.

Mhmm, that's a huge factor, the ocean. But the mountains, valleys also play a huge role on why certain areas can feel like a blistering summer day and others are socked in by fog. And as far as normal temps for this time of they year, we should be around 20-22 C I would say. Anymore snow today?

Oh, and check this out! I finally was able to capture video of my city in my game Simcity now that the servers are stable. Here is a look at my city called Cliffside. Try and spot the trams

Jennka, the list of books that I have but haven't read is so very long..

-----

Magdelena, Frida G., and Edita have been posing a lot for VS recently. That's unexpected. And I think Jessica Hart was finally edged out by Elsa Hosk.

Nastya Zhidkikh is a recent favorite. She is new:

http://forums.thefas...ikh-217961.html

She reminds me of Nimue. She's a truly angelic beauty! Love her face. Prettier than Frida (who is gorgeous) IMHO..

Just Cavalli f/w 2013 - Milan

image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg

----

Also about exercise- my personal trainer told me years ago that there's no way of losing body fat % by doing sit-ups or targeting specific muscles. All that achieves is a bigger, harder muscle in that area but the 'fat' coating doesn't wear thin.

One has to do a lot of cardio and a person's body-fat distribution is mostly genetically determined. He's right in my experience. Some people tend to store more fat on the belly, some on the thighs, etc, etc. The best cardio is exhaustive swimming in order to eliminate it all.

-

How would you guys react if you got a massive bear as a gift? Personally, I'd love it and I'd love to see the reaction of the person receiving it. But after the fireworks are over, there comes the problem of storage...

Nice Edita pics. I remember that it was Berno that originally made her grow on me and you seem to be finishing the job. In that first Coco pic, she looks like someone passed gas . I also for some reason suddenly realized that I need a new nickname for Magdalana with it being 'M.F.' and all .

And glad you´re falling for Edita. She is such a wonderful woman - from tip to toes, indeed. Her natural candids are breathtaking
