Actually this sorting thing is very interesting

Can I have them all in one bed? It would be my gift to Limey, Baron and Joe, they can chose

Oh, so it´s very restricted area

I love grapes too it´s the only fruit I eat till there is non on my plate, even if I´m sick of eating too much of it - I just can´t resist. And yeah, forbid is too strong, I misused the word, sorry

What do you mean by "easy"? you don´t want to know what that word means in Slovak

I agree, the health should be on the first place - and people should learn to find a balance to be healthy. I´m exercising too - because it´s healthy and I feel much better when I do it. And much happier too. I eat what I like, still I take care to eat both healthy food and not so healthy food Yes, sometimes I feel like an ugly old hag, but every woman has her days

balance is the word - what most people need. To find balance in everything they do.

^I'm certain that it was!

This carried on well into my 20's though...

lol, I don't really get it either

But yeah, I guess I meant loosely similar looks and/or certain qualities you can draw parallels between (facial structure, features, attitude, etc). I'd put them more like this, although it's all pretty arbitrary and subjective.. <_<

The others don't really go with any other in the list

Also, when I said Maryna was statuesque that was probably a bad choice of word too. I meant more facially.

But ya that's the point in everything you said, we get so invested sometimes ON ONE THING or one side of something we totally ignore something else, like a bunch of these "miracle diets" that eliminate so much out of your system it's left begging for it and you lose the weight unhealthy but omg you look good, but hey you probs feel like shit.

Essentially we all wanna enjoy ourselves but not be worried about our stuff!

I haven't had grapes in so long, but i have grape juice which i think is good enough

Easy in that sense means loose in the pants easy to well If ya know what i mean

I've noticed every woman has her days and on those days I stay away But ya that's the point in everything you said, we get so invested sometimes ON ONE THING or one side of something we totally ignore something else, like a bunch of these "miracle diets" that eliminate so much out of your system it's left begging for it and you lose the weight unhealthy but omg you look good, but hey you probs feel like shit.

And I claim Dioni and Anna Maria Jagodzinska

Can I at least watch?

Joe's not even interested unless they're dancing

Funny thing with grapes. Seedless grapes are the best thing ever, but I hate the ones with the pips still in. Same thing with watermelon. They're the sort of fruits you just want to take a bite into with a burst of juicy flavour, and the pips ruin the whole experience. In the context of the world and all its goings on, that's a pretty lame thing to complain about.. but still.. pips! :persuazn:

Oh yeah, it's interesting how our groupings vary. I'm sure that they would change if we got a chance to hear them speak or do other things as well, as well

^She looks like a cross between Katsia and Magdalena in the first pic. And strangely reminded me of Milla Vodello in the second (a character from the criminally underrated game Psychonauts)

That's probably just me though

Time is important. Because body remembers - both being "fit" or "fat". Rapid changes need their time, especially if woman wants to stay slim for a long time, not have just this jo-jo effect.

I think most people have a certain 'natural inclination' with consumption- as after a certain point..even after 12-18 months of staying around the same range..that they still feel like they should consume more calories (hungry for sugar, fats, carbs, etc..). I myself weigh 66kg @ 178cm (for more than two years now )though my natural weight is probably around 76 kg. When I was bodybuilding, I went up to 88 kg and I could barely eat enough to support that level of weight. Right now, @66kg I usually feel like I could eat more @ midday but I keep it at a manageable level.

I have a simple prescriptions - eat more times a day but less food, BREAKFAST - is crucially important, regular, every morning, healthy and strong with lots of vegetables. It´s like - have a breakfast like a king, a dinner like a servant and a supper like a peasant lots of vegetables and fruits, lots of love and sex and exercising (running is great, or at least go for a walk, or exercise at home). If you want chocolate, have some, if you are dying to have some junk food, have it - but as I said, balance is vital. Little bit of this and little bit of that, active life, and you´ll find yourself losing kilos soon. Oh, and it takes years, of course, for body to adjust. I guess the rest of your life is the right term

Well, the important thing about breakfast in the fact that the body, after 8 hours of not eating, is starved of nutrients and starts eating away at one's musculature. If this is not satisfied, the body will react by decreasing metabolism over the day- thus making one more lethargic. So eating a high protein breakfast is fairly essential to quickly stop the 'muscle-burn', and raise metabolism back to its optimal level. And the breakfast should be kept moderate in size.

Eating heavy meals or heavy sweets, particularly at lunchtime, causes blood sugar fluctuations that can increase one's urges to eat unnecessarily and should be avoided. In fact, I advocate not eating real lunches if possible- if breakfast is taken then it is not good timing to put down another full meal only five or six hours later.

I've heard of that 5x a day thing quite often (and do something like that myself- and have advised people, successfully, to do the same). But I don't find the usually advocated thing-fruits and nuts, etc. and eating at a fixed periods particularly effective. I use whole grain mini-bagels as a 'back up'..and only consume them when I need to.

As for sugars and fats, the body definitely has special desires for them and they should be periodically satisfied (as little as possible) or else it might draw one to 'crash' and 'pig out' so to speak..

Don´t you feel like 66kg is too little for your height? However, every organism functions differently. I have a friend who could eat a buffalo and still is thin like a model. She actually eats much, but can´t gain any weight at all. I know lot of people like that. Of course it´s because how their metabolism works. I´m able to lose 3kg (6,6lb) in 2 days, but only when I´m ill and can´t eat almost anything. But as soon as I start to eat normally, I have my normal weight back instantly. And as much as I exercise, I have stabil weight of 57 to 60 kg (125 to 132 lb) @ 168 cm. I know muscles are heavier than fat, but still, it´s like a loop but actually I feel good at this level of weight.

Well, the important thing about breakfast in the fact that the body, after 8 hours of not eating, is starved of nutrients and starts eating away at one's musculature. I think every organism works differently - so every man should find their key to it. Mine does not work properly without lunch, I don´t feel well. When I have a good lunch (but moderate), I can go on and only need a light supper. Of course, when I drink alcohol, I don´t need any food the whole day (except the breakfast), but I don´t call that a healthy lifestyle

I don´t find the fixed periods useful too. When someone isn´t hungry at all, doesn´t need to eat. But I love fruit and vegetables and try to eat more times a day, to keep my metabolism working. Of course I´m not doing it every day, sometimes I just eat what I want or don´t eat at all.

Dioni and Anna is hot too

Oh, I hate all those "miracle diets" when someone starts to talk about them, I´m in a mood to take hayfork and pinch him/her in... diets are for nothing, I´m always saying - if you want to lose weight permanently, without stress and actually feel great, there are many much more healthier ways to do it. NO diets!

I think I get the point now in Slovakia, when you say "this woman is easy" it means she´s kinda like a whore

grape juice? You mean wine? :brows:

Dioni is hot ya, Anna, no but she's beautiful Hell can I have Monika Jag too? Her eyes are The body nothx but the eyes/ face are yummeh

Well I can understand if you go on a diet that cuts out fast food That's a good diet to have! Or a no pop diet, again but that's not really a diet more of a life style change, but again if you work out and eat what you're supposed to eat you'll be fine and get into shape and feel and look better in no time, but you gotta stick to it.

Ya same here

No no I don't like wine that's more of Baron's thing, I just like grape juice! Or apple, or orange even blueberry isn't bad.

The first three I definitely understand. Carmen plays competitive chess, did you know?
^Yes, and I get the impression she's fiercely intelligent. Didn't she get heavily involved in Estonian politics too?

I still think she'd be a master manipulator in the sack though. She might not be cuckoo and uninhibited (as I've always suspected of Flavia), but I'm fond of variety...

Oh, I see. But aren´t there times you have this irresistible feeling to play something or sing?

^Naturally... And you'd still best keep me away from the karaoke!
