Well I can understand if you go on a diet that cuts out fast food That's a good diet to have! Or a no pop diet, again but that's not really a diet more of a life style change, but again if you work out and eat what you're supposed to eat you'll be fine and get into shape and feel and look better in no time, but you gotta stick to it.

I think a lot of that fluctuation is not actual loss of body mass, but loss or gain of water. The human body is mostly water, and weight can fluctuate dramatically. 3500 extra calories = 1 lb gain.

Individual metabolisms do matter a little over the long term- ie. an old person has a slower metabolism than a young person, a tall person burns more energy than a short person.

I have to say that I feel that my stamina has improved considerably since I dropped 20kg (from muscular to lean). My heart is supporting considerably less mass, and I'm pleased..

^This photo is at least 1 year old, that would mean she was 16 when the photo was taken.... kinda strange to think how good looking her body is at this age, I mean, the majority of teenagers go through the awkward stage. Some people are just spared of it, I guess.

And I am Lay, but as well Monika has just a wonderful face and her eyes kinda make me melt Plus that tummy is pretty hot So while i'm not a fan of most women that are that size Monika's pretty good for what she has. Definitely not something i'd take over a fuller woman like a Kate Upton but you get my point.

Sometimes I get the feeling they aren´t brave enough and have lower self-esteem for example, there are much more famous Czech models than Slovak, and we are neighbours

Well, a tall person could be 'smaller' in intrinsic size than a short person if the tall person is actually delicate, like a model And skinny tall people have a tendency to claim that they 'eat a ton'

One of the issues I had in athletics and bodybuilding was eating enough to 'support' my increased muscle mass. This is a problem for a lot of people who are trying to get much stronger. Carrying more flesh weight- requires more protein and caloric consumption in order to maintain it on a daily basis. Today, I probably consume 2000 calories a day while back then it was more like 3000 or more. If one under feeds, the muscle will not grow larger and stronger.

It´s still so discutable - can we really compare all the tall persons to short persons? Everyone´s metabolism is different, and we can still speak only "generally"... and also sportsmen or weightlifters or bodybuilders have different eating regime than a regular person.
