What's the legal age over in America? Over here it is 16.

Do you realize how this figures out mathmatically?... if you are 16 legal age.. you can be with a 10 year old with the plus 2..

You're telling me there are states where if an 18-year old has sex with a 17-year old, he's considered a felon?

Actually, in some states if a person of 16 has sex with someone younger than 12 or 13 they can be convicted as well..

HERE is a reference, not sure how accurate but it gives you an idea about statutory rape in the States.

This past summer I met a guy while I was in Toronto with a bunch of friends for my birthday. He was really cute and nice. I was having too much fun to realize he never told me how old he was though he did ask me my age. We exchanged phone numbers. We texted and stuff for nearly a month before I found out he was 28!

Then I was out with a couple of friends last week at the movies and we were waiting in line to buy tickets. Anyway, there were 2 guys in line ahead of us. We all started talking to them. After standing in line for like 10 minutes, my one friend and I went to buy junk food while the other held our spot. We came back in a few minutes and she had given her phone number to the one guy. He phoned her a couple of days later and she found out he was 31! We all thought he looked 21 at the oldest. Oh and get this, the guy standing beside him was his 17 year old son! :shock:

Oh how I'd love to be that old and still be able to pick up highschool girls.

Actually, now that I think of it, dude was probably just wingin' for his son. They're prolly more like brothers than father and son if dude was 14 when he became a daddy.
