delete /thumbs and _320x480 ,its not exactly hq but its better than 320x480 ![]()
maybe one of the clever gentlemans here can extract larger image than that ![]()
Gucci gucci.com
This is quite specific to the current "ready to wear" selection. It is here:
http://www.gucci.com/uk/category/f/women_s_ready_to_wear
First, when you zoom an image it actually displays the zoomed image, and you can simply save it. The instructions are for when you want many.
The zoom images are in this form:
Note that the top has "fs", the bottom "mn".
The numbers following the "wrtw" go from 1 upwards, and for each one there are four pictures numbered by the three digits following.
You can find the number, just by looking at the url of each picture.
----------------------------------------
Whiee we are here, also mention that
llbean.com
garnethill.com
are both "scl=1" sites, for example when you get this thumbnail:
Just replace everything after the '?' by "scl=1":
Tory bitrch toryburch.com is also a sc=1 site, but the thumbs don't have the question mark, so you have to simply
ass ?scal=1 in thed:, for example in this page:
http://www.toryburch.com/MCILVAIN-SKIRT/33...-dresses-skirts
The last thumb give this url:
and the large image is in:

If you want to see beautiful Daniela Pestova (I suppose) in grattan.co.uk you can use this ondemand-server shortcut (Professor J@mes explained the technique in an earlier post)
http://www.grattan.co.uk/Together-Wrap-Dre...ur|0||P_Size|0#
http://s7ondemand4.scene7.com/is/image?src...;size=1440,2000
The 23T683FRSP number can be found by http-header.

Tain't Daniela Pestova, it's Anna Druzyaka. -- J

Tain't Daniela Pestova, it's Anna Druzyaka. -- J
Oh my ruined brain cells! Added the picture to her thread.
Dillards.com and sears.com
Both scl=1 sites.
The images are in these forms:
The images in the list of items are in this form:
So you just replace everything after the '?' by scl=1.
If you are in a specific entry, there is no simple way to get the image, but you can open the source and search for:
dillards.com : "sku=", which gives the last of the image, and append to the pattern above.
sears.com :"http://s.shld.net/is/image/Sears/" - there maybe more than one match but one of them is the one.
I have had some success with 'dirct2u" sites, such as http://www.simplybe.co.uk/shop/ and other JDWilliams sites that I wanted to share.
Apologies in advance if I am teaching my grandmother to suck eggs.
I needed 2 things - Firefox with the 'Firebug' addin and second a bookmark to 'Dezoomify' at http://jk.g6.cz/dezoomify.html
I click the firebug icon in my Firefox toolbar. This opens a console at the bottom of my window and I click on Net. I then open the page I want to get the pic from and the Firebug console fills with stuff. Scrolling down to near the bottom I can see 'GET ImageProperties.xml'. I right click on this and choose 'Copy Location'. In another tab I open Dezoomify and paste the results, click on Submit and voila! One nice high res PNG file to right click and save as...
It's not perfect but it worked for me. I am off on holiday after tomorrow, so can't help out with any queries for a week and a bit but I think you will all figure it out ![]()
Thanks to everyone who has worked hard on the many other sites and spent time to teach the rest of us!
Simon

Any idea for Wenz.de?All is FSI
http://www.wenz.de/Mode-Mode-fuer-Sie-Unte...a174.0.html#179
Look at Baby Jude's post on 12. august 2011 here

I actually figured out (kind of) how to explain how to get HQ images from Wenz! Somebody please stop me if I start not making any sense...
1. Find the picture you want in HQ and copy it's URL, however you may chose to go about doing that. Unfortunately, not all images on Wenz will be available in HQ and won't find out whether it is or not until you get to the very last step. For our sake, I will be using this image, which is available in HQ: http://www.wenz.de/m...0/4/804898H.jpg
2. Open the image in a new tab. Now, I'm going to break down the URL of the thumbnail image into different parts which we will be using later in our HQ image template to get the HQ picture. It works kinda like this:
http://www.wenz.de/mb3_media/101/561/8/0/4/804898H.jpg
Anything that is stikedout --> We will not be using anything that is striked out later, so you can forget all about all that.
The number in this color --> This number will be used as our X value in our HQ template.
The number in this color --> This number will be used as our Y value in our HQ template.
The number in this color --> This number will be used as our Z value in our HQ template.
The numbers in this color --> This number will be used as our SOURCE value in our HQ template.
3. Alright, well now that we've broken down the thumbnail URL and I'm (hopefully) still making sense, you will copy the HQ image URL template into a new tab right next to the tab with your thumbnail image: 84.201.68.228:8080/erez4/erez?type=image&src=Klingel_Webdaten/Wenz/X/XY/XYZ//SOURCEHZ.tif&height=2000&profile=fsi
4. But, wait! Don't do anything yet! The HQ template won't get you anywhere. Now go back to your thumbnail URL and replace the X, Y, Z and SOURCE in your HQ template with their actual values from the thumbnail URL. With the image I'm using, after I'm done replacing all the values in my HQ template, the URL should look like this: http://84.201.68.228...amp;profile=fsi
Hope this helps and makes sense!

Sorry, I don´t saw it
To much stuff here. ![]()
Works great. Thanks a lot

Can someone tell me what Fredericks is using for the alternate image code?
Someone can tell us I assume? I can't seem to figure it out, either! ![]()

Thanks, that is very useful.
However, you don't actually need firebug, because the xml file has got the same name as the images. For example,
when you look in the list in this page:
you see this image:
Just remove the .jpg and replace by /ImageProperties.xml, and that gives the xml for dezoomify:
Thumb images have additional "thumb" in their so you have to remove that too, for example from:
"http://images2.drct2u.com/content/images/products//kb/kb140/005kb14001athumb.jpg" you go to:
Another point is that dezoomify is playful, sometimes works and sometimes not with the same url, so try
more than once.
I didn't find a way to save the image from dezoomify. I got 1600x2560 screen, so I Just make it full-screen and
copy to gimp. Anybody with better ideas?

Already got it!
Use the same procedure as the main picture but add underscore, colourcode, underscore and alt01 etc. ![]()
It was shown in a post, but just not explained.
