its not even a swf file!what it is!?
@tmariss:I love this picture on your site (congratulations, by the way), but the zoom looks a bit fuzzy. I tried to discover where the picture came from, but with no success. Can you remember?
Best wishes,
-- J@mes
It originated from basler.com 2010, but it is modified.
I don't remember where I got it from, but the whole set was posted by el jefe here http://www.bellazon.com/main/index.php?sho...t&p=2274819
and the picture itself is here: http://www.imagebam.com/image/21681493350794
I don't think I have seen any better resolution version.
Ping about albamode.

Ping about albamode.
Thanks for that. I didn't see it because I was looking for the blue boots!
I've not forgotten about Alba Moda, but got distracted (a) by looking into liika's problem and (b) by www.satin-boutique.com (yes, I am ashamed of myself, but I won't be requesting any 'model' IDs).
Basically, it's the same as Heine; you'll work it out from this URL.
http://albamoda.zoomoviewer.com/servlet/Ge...oomFactor=10000
http: //albamoda.zoomoviewer.com/servlet/GetImage?clientId=6529ℑ=am3512335_100x04.jpg&zoomFactor=10000
The nice thing is that the 10000 is automatically reduced to the actual maximum scale for the picture.

I didn't work it out.
How did you get the image name and the clientId?

By the way it's the same with schwab.de

Thanks, that is good know.
How did you get the clientId and image name in this case?

The clientId is always the same for a whole site. The image name you can find by searching for "data-zoom=" in the page source.

Ok , J@mes feel free to use me as your slave for the rest of my life ![]()
really really appreciate your hard work
thanks a million times! ![]()
i shall post the pics into their proper threads,so if the mods decide, can delete them. ![]()

To conclude the NM book episode: the pages of the book are delivered as 'resource bundles' that contain some XML metadata followed by an SWF file. The URL scheme is easy enough to discover if you use Live HTTP Headers and zoom a few pages. To extract the images, it's necessary first to chop off the XML, then use an SWF extraction tool. There seem to be two sections of XML data, each terminated by a zero byte, and the SWF data then follows. I ended up writing a short C program to do the chopping.

that is great but i didnt understand a word
HTTP , XML and etc. are like chinese to me ![]()

![]()
Some will like the words, even if they are in Chinese. Others will be content with the pictures.
All the best,

indeed ![]()
I didn't work it out.How did you get the image name and the clientId?
The clientId is always the same for a whole site. The image name you can find by searching for "data-zoom=" in the page source.

Thanks, it now works.
Not easy to work out because many of the cases it doesn't work (including the Elena page), and the format
of the image name is often different.
I tried the same with schwab.de, but didn't find data-zoom. Anybody know better?

Oh, hello boot-boy. I generally just open Live HTTP Headers in Firefox and watch to see what images are loaded when I press the zoom button on the page. Other browsers no doubt have equivalent plugins.

Ah,
Got it working now, thanks.
Any idea how to filter the headers that it outputs only the interesting line?
Here the solve for Landsend.de:
http://www.landsend.de/ix/damen-kleidung/d...ze=72&tab=2
click on one thumb like this:
http://www.landsend.de/pp/Merinokleid-mit-...mp;origin=index
than rightclick and get the siteinformation.
Search for this:
http://s7.landsend.com/is/image/LandsEnd/4...79&fmt=jpeg
And now only change after scl=7.xxxxxxx into 1.xxxxxxxxx like this:
http://s7.landsend.com/is/image/LandsEnd/4...79&fmt=jpeg
And now: 1.368px × 2.052px ![]()
I hope it works on your computers. I still use Image Toolbar 0.6.9 (Addon in FF)

Or you could use the URL
http://s7.landsend.com/is/image/LandsEnd/4...11_FF_PRH?scl=1
http: //s7.landsend.com/is/image/LandsEnd/405638_AE11_FF_PRH?scl=1
and get the full picture, 2000 x 3000 pixels. Das waere etwas einfacher, nicht?
