I believe Maddog recently said that if the thread belongs to a no name person and it's not actively posted in to just remove it rather then risk any kind of liability over nothing. Now if the person is claiming to being Natasha Poly, then we ask for proof.

I say just delete it, it's not like anyone is going to miss the thread anyways.

I tried, unsuccessfully, to move the "Benjamin Stone" posts in this thread: http://www.bellazon.com/main/topic/61187-a-new-person/#comment-4078135

The entire thread. rather than the posts, would be moved instead.

I consulted the moderation guide, but those directions are out-of-date and are not compatible with this new version of BZ; updating is seriously needed.

Could someone please move the posts in question and tell me how to move posts.

In essence, it's very like some of the other threads we have in GenTalk. The potential for it to get out of hand will most likely be a constant, but I think I'd probably vote just to keep a close eye on things and edit when necessary.
