Yes it is. I guess she has found a loophole. It exceeds the 6 lines of text rule for a text-only siggie, but it is an image file that is within the required size. Does it really matter?
I personally do not want to see and read a lot of text in a person's text-only siggie, so I support the existing rule that limits the amount of text (wish it could be even less lines.) Perhaps the rule needs clarification by addressing this issue and closes this loophole.
Oh well...there are worse infractions of rules on BZ.
GraigFigley was spamming with PS3 downloads. So i suspended posting for 3 days and warned.
oh, and i disabled mlogo1989 posting but i think he should be banned cause he placed spam in a warning. Is'nt that just asking for trouble?

I have been talking to various posters who post on the Bar thread. We can all agree that Ienergy is truely making the Bar thread a negative place to be for all the fans who post there. As you might have been able to tell, the numerous people who post on Bar's thread are very devoted fans and the harmony among us is very pleasant, everyone gets along. However, Ienergy deliberately tries to bait the Bar fans in many ways. As you can tell if you visit the thread after every one of IENERGY'S posts someone starts to argue with him. It's gotten to the point where most of us just ignore him but it is starting to really get on everyone's nerves. Even if you look at posts of his from months ago it's the same thing and arguments arupt because of them.
What i'm asking is that as a moderator can you please start giving Ienergy some sort of warnings. His presence on this forum is a very negative one and is just a burden in an otherwise very committed group of Bar fans. I'm just asking if something can be done because it's starting to just become enough.
This Ienergy person used to go by the name RefaeliShop but for some reason that account got banned. So, it 's obvious he is problematic.
I've read the rules and i know that baiting and trolling is an offence so can you please start to give him warnings. If you sent private emails to every regular poster at the Bar thread you will see that everyone feels the same way that i do.

I went through part of the thread and edited out the posts where people fight back and off topic stuff. There is speculation that this member also has a banned account (RefaeliShop). This is also the same person who cussed me out in a PM a while back when I addressed them about Bar's thread. His recent posts haven't really been baiting members or bashing Bar, but they're going off topic a lot. (Could that qualify as baiting?) We need to keep a very close eye on this person...the people who post in there are obviously upset because I got all 4 of these messages in less than 24 hours.
What do you guys think we should do about this?

Making inflammatory posts is definitely baiting. Persistent off topic behavior that members complain about and that the member has been informally and formally warned about is, IMHO, a form of baiting; not to mention being disrespectful for ignoring a Moderator. Furthermore, cussing at a moderator is unquestionably and totally unacceptable behavior.
It's unfortunate that ienergy has not received multiple warnings, because HE/SHE certainly deserves BANISHMENT! :knives:
so apparently kabettrooy is spamming tons of model threads asking for pregnant pics of them. This is strange to say the least, but beyond that - why don't they just check back to previous posts. But still ... weird. :lost:

He/she is at 10% right now. My suggestion (or what I generally do) is for him/her to be raised to 20% and A) send a message as to why as well as tell him/her they will be suspended, suspend them for the time frame of your choice as well as letting them know that if they continue the same course of action upon their return from said suspention, the staff will discuss whether they are to be banned or not or B) the same thing, but with an indefinite post disablement dependent upon the answering of said message with the understanding that if they are released after answering said message and go right back to the same, the staff will discuss their future with the site

^ I find that daily vigilance and being proactive are very effective. I monitor Francisco Lachowski's thread (hot guys - male model) daily because of members' complaints about posts that bait members or bash the model or other members, are way off-topic, focus on his very private life instead of his modeling career, or frequently engage in personal conversations that are better suited for PMs.
When members complain about posts and are clearly unacceptable or bordering inappropriateness, I delete the posts and place a written warning right in the thread itself. Members who ignore the posted warning(s) get an informal warning via a PM. If they blatantly persist despite this informal warning, I will issue formal warnings. After the second formal warning, I find that the offensive posts stop, because they do not want to face possible banishment from BZ.
Yes, I occasionally get cussed at, but when I quote their offensive posts and ask them to defend or deny them, I never hear from them again. Their subsequent posts are usually acceptable.

Lots of accounts need to be banned for spamming about medication and porn. I don't remember how many posts I deleted last night, but it was a lot. :|

Can you message these people about their potential double accounts and see if any of them confess. If they confess now to having multiple accounts we can let it slide but if they deny then we have to watch both accounts for similar activities before we can ban them...its a shame IP addresses aren't completely unique.

Yeah, I've been disabling a lot of accounts over the last months but I'll start keeping better track so they can be banned , though a lot of the ones I was thinking of are on Lady Fatale's list. It seems they've had a resurgence as of late :| . I think its because some of the same ones are registering with different emails and using slicker tactics like posting in threads opposed to making them 
. And of course the worst of all are the disabled ones who aren't banned who spam through pms or the ones with no posts that spam through pms 
.
^ Yeah it's like they came out of nowhere. Here are some more I just deleted. It seems as though they are centralizing under the Site and Forum, Milestones and Hospitality, People of Bellazon, and Funny Stuff.

As for the pirated TV episodes and movies...there are two other people that started posting similar websites like the ones I PM'd.

This person is notorious. I must have cleaned up at least 10 threads from his/her spambot crap!
