Hmmmm, although this is a good idea and would save time, I don't like the feeling of the staff being somewhat 'superior' for we are to decide which models the members got to choose from ... or am I too sensitive here?

As an afterthought to the first scenario, where everyone can submit his favorite portrait shot, we could put the challenges up without displaying the model's name. Of course most members will easily recognize the "big names" but it'll even the odds for a lesser known model to gain some votes or vice versa lessen the prejudices that come with a "big name" ...

That sounds good Carm! So how do you want to proceed? Should we start a thread separate from everything else that way it's easier to find or what? It's totally up to you, I'll do whatever you need me to.

Considering how many Limaholics are on here, she might "win" just because her fans would automatically vote for her. I actually do like PP's BZ Babe Draft idea. Maybe we can do a variation in which there's somewhat of an even playing field for all nominees?

Ja, about the "Fan-Voting-Issue": If there were more than one photo of the same model submitted I guess we should first run a pre-competition on that, like the members shall vote which submitted pic of the model goes into the final competition. In the final there would be only the one picture with the mosts votes from every girl. So even if in the end the list sounds like Lima, Ale, Gisele, Bar, Marisa, etc. well, it's a fact that those girls got the most fans, I don't think there's a way to prevent that ...

However, if it's not too much work - Maddog?? - there could be a monthly change of the Logogirl, so the first 12 girls that got the most votes would be on displayed rotation during the year ... - okay, major plannig ahead here, sorry - ... and those girls that already had been elected for 2012 are not allowed to take part in the competition for 2013. They can get back to competition in 2014, while those for 2013 are blocked for 2014, and so on?

As for the poll itself - to make it really "official" I guess the thread should be pinned in Bellazon Competitions not just in the Babe Polls section. However, I don't think it's necessary to create a subforum and different topics for everything, though it's certainly good to have a topic for rules and a topic for questions&concerns. But for the submitting of pictures and the voting itself single "thread" like in the Babe Polls is much easier to handle in my opinion plus everyone can see the proceeding from the very beginning on ...

We could promote the voting with an announcement and maybe a Link in the sig. Also we could tell people in the "3 things to make BZ better"-etc-threads and tell them to pass the word on to everyone.

I don't know how complex and time-consuming it is to change the logo. What I can offer is: I can already do the logo picture using the current as basis, so Maddog would just have to put in the already finished jpeg ... Mad would get a monthly E-Mail with said jpeg and wouldn't have to think about the update himself so to say ...

I think I know how to update the banner. I remember doing it when I was on the WFT staff. I can give it a try. If I can't do it I will reach out to either MD, Alejandra or VampireHorde for help. What do you all think?

I would have had reservations about a change in logo had it been permanent (Valentina is fairly uncontroversial, as opposed to Marisa, Adriana or Candice, who seem to inspire strong feelings amongst some of the members) but the bi-monthly rotation idea sounds good to me. Mel, Pretty - if you need any help or just someone to spread the word, my services are available.

Since we are having members nominate and select the winners, chances are we will have some controversial models & celebs b/c they have the most fans but also the most vocal haters. I also think people will complain and have opinions regardless. We cannot satisfy everyone. Which is why I think the rotation thing would work. If someone doesn't like the person in the banner they just have to deal w/ it for a month or two.

You can suspend his account in the alter warn level menu.

I deleted the 23 or so that were left. It's easier to ask an Admin to do it, we can just delete them all at once.

That's odd, when I went to his profile in the Admin CP, it said he still had 23 posts?
