IDK he could be joking around and falling/playing around with her trollishness. He seems to be a friendly guy and talks to alot of people on the forum so could be him just playing around with her/being friendly. But still, just thought the above back and forth^ was a little odd

First of all sorry for that but this is true that we didnt know that its a bannable offense to have multiple accounts 
To be very honest the reason is that i have some cousnes. They are staying at my home for past 3, 4 days and i told them abt BZ so they got interested and made an account on it so it was just for fun and chatting around.
But frm next time it wont happen and those ppl wont come again which was obviously going to happen after some days bcoz they will go back their home
And last but not least that mangotango is my real sister and we made accounts on the same computer but use BZ on different systems 
I do it on ipad and she does it on laptop.
So maybe thats why IP address is same.

^ This is the very stereotypical response as to why a person has multiple accounts which is lame. If these people are family then why can't they just text one another about their "love" of Mr Leto? They have to come on a fashion forum and talk back and forth about him? Wut? Does that add up to you? Sure smells like shit to me.

I think we should ban all but one of the accounts, then put them on mod watch for a couple of weeks just to make sure they aren't trolling.

Its totally fine watever u have said but will u ban mangotango's account too bcoz she is my sister, and i'll take the responsibility that she wont post anything on this thread. Plz dont ban both the accounts mine and her's. If u can do that it would be amazing. Bcoz u know if in one family all the ppl are on FB, twitter, etc, that doesnt mean they are single person just bcoz they have same IP address. Both me and mangotango have same IP address for sure but we are two different ppl so plz u can ban our cousins accounts but dont do it with us. IP address for these two accounts will always be same bcoz we are using same internet as we are sisters.....

Is there something I can tell them that is fair, if that is indeed the case they listed? Like if I say something like "well shes welcome to join again, but cannot join via the same IP address" or something? (IP address is the address of the computer of which they joined on, correct?) Or is there no possible way?

Like I said I have never banned anyone before, and I want to make sure that we are being fair, and I'm not sure how to tell whats a typical excuse, or what is a legit reason.

I personally think we should allow the two accounts, but keep them on mod watch for the remainder of the time. We have no idea who these people are and they need to earn our trust before we grant that kind of freedom. The first sign of trolling, or causing any kind of issues with staff or members and they're gone for good. IP bans across the board.

^well see i already banned the supposed sister account. is there any way to un ban? if not should i just tell this hunnychocolate (or maybe mangotango, are the banned still able to receive and reply to messages?) that the sis welcome to join again, but we would need to put them on modwatch?

We can't unban so I guess they're shit out of luck?
