I'm all for a 2-3 week ban, and we need to stress one last time that if he or Benny break the rules we'll IP ban him/her. One last chance. Period.

As for Dave having knowledge about people, I could care less. I live by a motto, don't tell people stuff you'd be ashamed or worried about getting out, and it wouldn't be Dave dropping truth bombs, it would be Italians who I'm sure know all our sorted details by now.

My only reservation is dealing with the Italians. I know for fact that as soon as Pheno puts a temp ban on Dave's account that I'm going to get shit on in PM, I'm not dealing with it. @phenobarbie Take the wheel. I've made you a temp admin so they're forced to deal with you. Good luck, god speed.

Curious, why would David divulge personal information? I don’t see how it is connected or relevant to the current situation unless the personal information is about one of us 🤷🏻‍♀️

As for the Italians the way I see it is we have the upper-hand. If they want to throw a tantrum then they could do so but it won’t serve them well considering the number of violations they have made (not just with the suspicious account activities but also baiting, instigating drama and being disrespectful towards staff), and how obsessed they are with this site. I hope the could put their egos aside, not be dumbasses and actually use their brains. Even if they used half their brains they would know to tread carefully and not do anything that would further make themselves look bad

I think there is just an overall general concern with how petty and irky the Italians can be. In the past, they've shown a unified front towards ganging up on people who irk them (they may not see it as bullying, but that's what it is). With Benny being married to Dave I'm sure he's told her things that were said in private with him about us (myself included), and I won't put it past PB/Lost to use said info in petty little passive-aggressive slaps at people, that or they'll go super emo and just turn into giant babies who are of course victims of bullying by the staff.

Either way I'm not at all concerned about anything Dave could say about any of the staff. I just don't want to personally deal with the temper tantrums from PB in particular.  This girl will randomly PM me to complain about her teams, and how people vote wrong. Dave being temp banned is likely to have her go full exorcist KEKW

First of all I wanted to let you know that I have been speaking with the staff at great length, and we've decided that at this point I will be the one dealing with the current situation we find ourselves in. Meaning, going forward if you have any concerns or questions in regards to what I am about to discuss with you they can be directed to me, and if necessary I will bring another staff into this conversation. This is to keep things streamlined, and to avoid conflicting messages or contradictory statements so that you will not be confused, nor will we. This goes for you and your wife, and her friend if you choose to bring them in to this.

So after a long deliberation with the rest of the staff, and lot of back and forth in regards to what is going on and has been happening with you and your wife's accounts we've reached a few decisions with regards to what is going to happen going forward. You have been a member for a long enough time that there should be no excuse for disregarding said rules and taking it upon yourself to act in a manner that circumvents them.

With the account sharing with your wife, we have obviously spoken in the past with you about it, and have taken into consideration that you two live together and as such we are unable to decipher which of you is on the account at any given time with any accuracy, so we are willing to overlook that. However, having multiple accounts is inexcusable. Your excuse that you had them to look for suspicious behavior is flimsy at best, and insulting at worst. If you felt there was suspicious behavior from other members you having a second, or even third account would not have changed their behavior. All you had to do was send any of the staff a PM to let them know of your concerns, and they would have looked into it.

As you have been a contributing member of the forum for an extended period of time, we are taking a slightly different approach than we would necessarily for a newer member. As of right now the general consensus to the consequences of your disregard for the rules as have been stipulated will be a temporary suspension of your account beginning March 3rd at 11pm PST. This suspension will continue through to March 17th, at which time your account will be unsuspended, though we will be monitoring your activities quite closely. Any further deviation from the rules, however small will result in a permanent IP ban. This will of course affect your wife, as she shares an IP with you at your home location.

I will be reaching out to both of you in a joint conversation shortly to inform her of the steps moving forward, so that she is aware of what is going on, only so far as to the potential loss of access to her account from your home.

 

Also, we have reached the decision that you get one last chance to come clean about any other accounts, or behaviors against the rules laid out on the forum. You can disclose anything at this time without further consequence. Your other accounts will be permanent banned, (name ban only at this time). If you have any questions you have until 11pm PST to reach out to me and I will do my best to clarify what it is you are asking or not understanding.

In light of the knowledge that he is a legit offender of the rules in addition to these crimes, I obviously won't object to a longer suspension. If he violates during or after, that is strike three, no explanations.

To me she comes across as passive aggressive most of the time.

I always said she was the passive aggressive one and fake blond more abrasive (which is my personal preference). I have natural issues with passive aggressive people because their eventual meltdowns are always ugly.  

Both additional account have been suspended indefinitely and the main account has been suspended until March 17th as was stipulated in the message sent to him.

@phenobarbie Found this one one of Dave's accounts.  Yup, this is Dave for sure. Remember how I told you he used to send me SI pictures covered in his .......... stuff.  So fucking gross.

Hey. I’m the one that was creeped out and grossed out by him years ago! This was the proverbial icing on the cake of wrongness. 
 

On the bright side I was never subject to any of his artwork and I know mike was. And I’m pretty sure a few other members got to “see” his handiwork. 🤢
