allright i am gonna flat out go ahead and say this and you guys can bite my head of all u want. he's right. we used a have a laid back forum that was fun to come to and enjoy being in the company of people that u actually like. now its like us staff team all i ever find myself doing is dealing with little petty shit

we've kinda given up on the fun atmosphere that BZ used to present at one time and i think its getting pretty gay

I will say that BZ stopped being fun a long time ago and it can't all be blamed on us. No, I haven't been the nicest person and I never will be, but if people could just follow rules, I wouldn't even have to talk. I mean, how often do I talk aside from doing my job? I don't. I answer questions, maybe talk in my thread, and once in a blue moon I'll pip. Otherwise I don't talk unless provoked to do so.

But you know, if you guys don't want me around, you just need to flat out say it right now. I've left places before because people couldn't handle how I do things, it wouldn't be a first. Don't expect me to beg to stay because that's not my style and I won't leave completely as I do enjoy seeing the pictures posted, but I won't post anymore, it's as simple as that.

You guys knew how I acted before you had me come in as a mod so I guess you can be partially blamed. What did you think would happen? I enforce the rules that are set. Sorry? I mean jesus, don't make rules if you don't want them to be followed. I do my job in the best way I see fit in doing it. That does not include a soft slap on the wrist unless you're new and don't know. As for the staying on topic parts, no that's not a rule, but I like organization. How hard is it for people to keep shit together? I'll stop, though, if it bothers people too much. <_<

Also, I just sent him a PM for improperly starting a thread. Some type of action must be taken when members don't follow the new guidelines for starting threads. We have the rule but it seems as though some of the members, especially the new one's, don't give a crap.

See i never called you out individually. You were the one to do that haha so if you took it as me singling you out then i'm sorry cuz you are mistaken. What i am trying to say is that collectively as a staff we have become way toooo picky on small dumb rules and its like we seem to create a new rule or an edit on one like a daily basis. I think we all need to kinda realize that we are doing this on a voluntary basis and making these little rules and being such sticklers is basically ruining the forum for us, and we arent the ones that are supposed to be annoyed at our own forum.

and going back on to the thing about your own character. yea i was fully aware of how you were before you came onto the staff and i'm sure that somewhere in this thread i must have commented against you coming in to the staff however this isnt some form of an anarchy and when fellow staff members such as nicole and others that supported you and chose to vote for you to become a mod i basically supported their decision because they are fellow staff members and they kno wat they want so who am i to hinder them from recieving their choice of a new moderator.

and dont take this a negative way wat so ever. i have spoken to nicole before and she has told me countless times that she values your opinion and that you are a great help to the mod team, so i take her word for it and she obviously knows what she's doing and if she says your a good mod and a great help to her then so be it. please dont take this little rant and hold it as a grudge or anything because personally i dont hold any grudges, yes i didnt support the decision to bring you in however i am in no way trying to get you out either. If you are doing your job and you are doing it well fine by me.

and please dont let me stop you from talking as much are as you do now or as much as you did before because that is not my intention, you are more than a member here and you have all the rights that anyone else does. i just felt the need to bring a topic infront of the staff simply because i felt that we as a staff were making BZ a difficult place to be and that just not wat should happen.

um, I wouldnt lock or delete it unless they're a repeat offender (like lolita) but i would send the creator a PM to let them know that they need to refer to X thread on how to create a new thread, and maybe let them know that in the future their thread will be deleted if they dont follow proper guidelines

It was not started properly so I deleted it. He created a thread a few of weeks ago that was not started correctly and I told him to read the rules and to fix it. It's still sitting there unchanged. <_<
