hmmm, maybe Matt....I know MLA is like more busy with his website now. 
Josh would be good, but as you say he is fairly consumed with that site. Persuazn probably, and Pinky too. I don't know Matt or AnaBB well enough to say though. What about someone like sanja who is a long time member who contributes a ton?
I went looking at some of the people who have been here the longest with some decent post counts and found SS and greeneyed lady I know SS might be good but I don't know g.e.l. 
Just throwing names out there, hate to miss someone who'd be a good choice too. 
Then there's ed, lee, and this safin guy....
We could always make this an offer to "try out" so to speak and see who WANTS to be a mod, that way we get people with some motivation to be moderators and not simply ask people WE WANT. I'd hate to put all our eggs in one (or two) basket and it not be as good of a basket as we could have had.

Let me start this list with who we have so far...let me know if you want anyone added or deleted. This list is who we can PM about the fact that we are looking for Mods and that if they are interested, we would be willing to consider them as candidates. Just to be clear....The initial PM will NOT be an invitation to be a mod, just an invitation to seek the moderator job.

Greeneyed Lady used to be a moderator here but she asked to be removed well because she didnt moderate anyways 
Red Ed, I dont really think he would moderate would he? he rarely goes in the models or actresses threads 
Sanja, she seems like she'd be a good mod but I think she's consumed with posting a lot
Adriana's Llama, I think she's sick of IPB staffs because she used to be an admin on an Angelina Jolie site, she likes being a member....well from what I remember at least
Safin, he really isnt around that much except during the summer and once in awhile during the other seasons.
Matt, Matt might be good considering he even knew about Chilax and browsed there 
So he's kind of obsessed with models and such
I just thought of another person, how about sweet-lady....she's been a long time member and an ex chilax member

I took out the two concerned, but left AL and ed seeing as we could just see what they're response will be. Maybe they would want to step up tot eh challenge, maybe not.
Other questions...
1. What about rouge red?
2. Do we have concerns about loyalties to WFT? or is this no big deal?
3. Since this major change, do we want to delete this General Discussion thread and start a fresh one when we bring on the new mods?
4. How many new mods do we want?
wft'ers - the only problem with them is that they u kno might be corresponding shit back to WFT
plus i dont kno rouge red very well so i cant really help you with that
when these new moderators will be brought in i will archive the general discussion in a way which only admins can view it because there is tons of info in there that can be recalled up when necessary
and i would say atleast 3 new mods

rouge red, I wouldnt know if she'd make a good moderator. i dont know her that well
i say at least 3 or 4 moderators.
I should let you know that Adrianas Llama is currently a mod at FMT with many of the ex-staff members. 
well she is buddy buddy with OS
and i personally dont think she'll work with me
I wondered about that as well. We can take her off the the list then just to avoid stirring up possible conflict and for the fact that she is already committed somewhere else. How about we just extend the offer to apply to the following:

I think anyone who is good friends with OS wont do it, persuazn and ed namely. Also I might think it would be benificial to wait a while before asking for new mods just so things blow over a bit but thats just my opinion.
