It seems I need to see this Moonrise Kingdom - I haven´t even heard about it

I´ve always considered Bruce Willis a great actor - and I don´t even know why, because he mostly just seemed to play himself - but then again, himself was always so freakin´ cool that one could not help but be smitten with him! And then there comes a role suddenly that shows him in absolutely different light, and in these cases I´m like "I told you! He´s a great actor!"

I just seriously LOVE Bruce Willis he´s one of the few actors that could just look at me and I would faint and won´t be even embarrassed for it.

Still haven´t seen Expendables though. But in all those crazyness around recently it was impossible to go anywhere then just home. Sleep. Lots of sleep.

Feels great to be here again

Good to have you back

What are your favourite Bruce Willis films/characters?

Butch in Pulp Fiction - I will love him forever. I mean, when you search for what "cool" means, the dictionary has only one answer: Bruce Willis!

When I think about it, there isn´t a movie in which I would not like Bruce. I haven´t seen them all, of course, but those I have seen - always brilliant And I olready ordered me a Moonrise Kingdom DVD - I watched the trailer and just cannot wait!!

How about you? Which chara is your fav of him?

and thank you

Almost regardless of the material he's working with, I find Bruce eminently watchable (with the odd exception *cough* The Whole Nine Yards). He just possesses a natural charisma that always shines through, which I think can quite often be the difference between 'no chance' and 'yeah, I might give that movie a shot'. There's a certain type of performance that he's very comfortable doing (i.e. just being Bruce Willis) and that we've seen from him many times before, but he's just one of those actors who nearly always seems to be on good form.

While we're on the subject, anyone seen the trailer for the next Die Hard movie yet?

It's hard to go past John McClane, but The Fifth Element and Twelve Monkeys are probably my favourite Bruce Willis movies. His portrayal of Hartigan in Sin City was fantastic too - the casting in that movie inspired.

I'll always have a soft spot for Hudson Hawk too

So Don, how's the new Tame Impala album treating you so far?

This will test your nerve though:

There was a curious story doing the rounds not so long ago, about how Bruce was planning to sue Apple for the rights to leave his collection of digital music files to his children when he passes on (seems he's as guilty as the rest of us when it comes to reading iTunes' small print! ). I'm guessing said collection didn't include his own music though, or the kids probably wouldn't have wanted it anyway.

So many explosions, where is Michael Bay?

It's long been said that Bruce can't stand Michael Bay, but since there's stuff being blown up by the truckload, twitchy Russians and even a Victoria's Secret model (Anne V this time, apparently), it's probably safe to assume that whoever is directing DH5 has stolen a page or two (all of it, in other words) from the Bay playbook.

Oh you should see it, you'd love it. It was a pretty big flop, but it's just a really fantastic and silly movie. Essential viewing for a Willis fan

Yeah not so much

I've heard it talked about a bit though, and it does look pretty impressive from a technical point of view, and quite an evolution from where it started

^ Quite the leap forward in regards to how each simulation is represented in the game now. For instance, with the Glass Box engine capabilities, no longer will a heavy traffic map be represented with a a random traffic jam on the road. But rather, each car according to your street layout - too narrow or such, will cause the traffic jam, contributing to less productivity in the city overall and reducing income. Plus...if some how an ambulance was en route to an emergency, the traffic jam will hinder with a proper response time for the patient. Such attention to detail with this version

That looks beautiful

I've never played Simcity. Does that game relate to real-world urban planning?

With each installment, the developers kept pushing the envelope with that game variable as much as they could. Only factor they couldn't control was the average computing power of the personal computer, so that limited many of the options for the earlier versions of Simcity. But this coming installment takes urban planning into great depth and detail.
