I've been so wrapped up in life and other things I can't seem to get over here much. I know I was supposed to write some sort of rule or something...what was it again? Did you guys already delegate it to someone else? I suck. If you need to kick me off the admin team, I understand completely.

oh thats to inflate the numbers so that advertisers will advertise on our site more. But members dont see the ads unlike nonmember i thinks

I know he had a lot of warnings, but i think he would be a great mod.

He actually only has 2. Which is the same as me. Of course, I got all my warns AFTER I became a staff member...and both were because I flamed...

I actually had one more nominee that I was kinda debating about. The more I think about it, the more I think she has potential: Jennka. Yes, she has initiated many arguments, BUT if you noticed all the disagreements she has started was b/c she is one of the few members here who actually has the balls to tell troublesome members they are being irritating. I think when it comes down to enforcing the rules, she will be able to do it (Y

EDIT: Oh so, if I were to rank them on who is the best fit, it would be like this:

1. Herve (best fit of the 4)

2. Taben

3. Wild Rose

4. Jennka

I know nothing about Wild Rose or Jennka, so I'm going to have to take other people's word for it.

Herve...hmm...yes, I think out of those four he would be the best fit (btw, his warn should be removed...it never should have been administered in the first place but that's for another discussion lol). And yeah, I think Ben would enforce the rules well. Following the rules is another matter altogether OK, not true. He does follow the rules for the most part. And his two warns have been for...baiting type things and not flaming, so it's not sooooo bad. Pink's comments about Wild Rose make me confident that she could do a good job as well, but like I said, I don't know her personally.

I'm totally for adding 2-3 mods and um, sanja's lack of completed mod tasks concerns me...and has concerned me since I was instated as admin. I'm sorry but she's not really pulling her weight

ok so in all seriousness i dont really know the members anymore so i'm just gonna have to trust your decisions on this cuz u two clearly know the members

as far as Taben is concerned.....pretty sure that he doesnt like me...but w/e as long as you guys think he'll do a good job i'm willing to make him a moderator......i think nicole u kno him a lot better than me so u can vouch on that one.

Herve, i have no idea if...once again if you guys feel the work will get done then sure.

Sanja - yea the fact that only 180 moderator tasks have been completed since she was made moderator and the fact that Pinky has 1576 and they were brought on at about the same time....kinda apparent wat needs to be done about that...

so basically Taben and Herve are (Y) by me as long as you guys feel good about bringing them on

now would one of you like to pm them about their interest in becoming a moderator or should i?

There's another issue we have to consider. Do any of these people even want to be mods? We may think Herve, Ben, etc would make good mods but I don't know if they even want the job But I'll PM them. Ben is on vacation for a couple of weeks but I can ask him on MSN. And of course I'll just PM the Hervster

And as for sanja, umm could you PM her Taha?

I think you *cough* Taha *cough* should email Sanja instead of PMing her b/c she hasn't visited here in awhile. I sent her a PM about that whole "stealing image codes" situation a few days ago and she hasn't opened it yet
