Great question Herve, and basically what Pink said is right. Major decisions you should probably bring up with staff, like whether or not to warn someone for fighting. Like a "FUCK YOU YOU STUPID BITCH #@*&*($()" is pretty self-explanatory and you can warn that person immediately, but a lot of arguments are not as obvious in their warn worthiness and so you should probably bring it up with staff so we can all discuss it and decide what we want to do about it. Other things like where to move a certain thread can be brought up here if you're genuinely confused (e.g. with some celebs it is not exactly clear if they belong in the model, singer, actress, or general babe category b/c they either have more than one career or they're like...Paris Hilton lol). We don't have as much of a spam problem as we did just a few months ago but if you need help determining what is spam and what is not, feel free to ask.

And a quick, somewhat random note, breaking the signature rule doesn't in and of itself get a warn, but if you notice the SAME person breaking the signature rule 3 or 4 times...please feel free to warn them since obviously they are still refusing to check the rules <_<

Just one more question then, relating to that. Does hotlinking warrant an immediate warn, or should I treat it more the way I would a "wrong sig size" offense?

How I deal w/ hotlinking is I edit the post by taking away the "IMGs" and posting a message about not hotlinking. If they do it again, I repeat the steps and PM them (oh yeah when u PM a member, make sure you track the message). And if they do it again, I warn them

I will say that while she was on staff she was great. She did her job without any drama I don't think we absolutely need another mod but it wouldn't hurt either.

Of course, I'm also biased cause I love Andrea and think she's a doll

ok so errrr i said it like 10 times already but i might not do a lot in the next 15 days since i'm on holidays/internship in barcelona, but just know that i take this seriously and i'll try to be a good and hardworking mod when i go back to France

Might be a silly question, but just to make sure:

A sig that deviates from one of the two size restrictions is still in violation, right?

Lets say a member has a sig size of 400x150. The 150 pixels in height is enough to be in violation of the sig rule, right?

i'm pretty sure that the answer to your question is YES

And i think sigs with ugly girls *cough*irina*cough* should be considered in violation of BELLAzon rules as well
