The forum has been VERY slow and constantly down recently. Not sure am I the only person who is having these issues

that kids got mad skills its a little slow at the begining but at liek 1min mark starts getting good

and they work if you do a fresh post, just the old ones dont. 56,500 posts proccessed so far... of 850k... this will take all night *sigh*

so i'm guessin that the old skins dont work with 2.3

So all the maker icons ("New Post " and "No New Post) and the button icons ("Reply," "Fast Reply," "Bold," and etc.) will be back later?

Yeah that is a very old version of IPB One more question, does he need to back-up the data??? If so, how??? Sorry, we are such noobs

I would. Get a mysql dump and dont backup the current install directory.

If its a legal version and paid for a lifetime licence you can just tell the people at IPB to do all the upgrading for you.

FWIW, I don't think it really required an announcement, but I thought I'd pass the question onto all of you anyway.

I guess I understand what she means, but I don't think it is necessary to announce we added new mods. It is really not that big of a deal. Also, members can tell by the red coloring of the mod's name However, if the admins would like to post an announcement, by all means go for it (Y)

I don't think it's necessary either, just thought it might be worth passing the question through to the rest of you.
