It allows you to use all kind of videos. While you're instaling it select that you want to use it in all programs. After that open Jasc Animation Shop and try to insert video again.

Yes, I know but maybe she doesn't know how to instal it. Jasc is very easy to use. I have to go now, but I'll post tutorial tonight.
