I did was, instead of clicking AIV for output, i clicked GIF on super vid converter

and it works for me..

OMG it worked...but not with the codecs but with the converter...maybe I did something wrong while the installation but thank you so much both

But it starts anyway...

but when i put a file in to convert the same message comes:
