Approaching a girl is so hard it's ridiculous. I'd rather take my chances trying to difuse a bomb without knowing how to do so. There was the girl at the gym last night that looked really pretty and I wanted to go up to her so bad, but...just didn't happen. For me anyways it's really hard.

Theres a personal trainer at my gym i like and he seems to like me but he won't come up to me and say hello! <_< i read in cosmogirl once that guys generally don't approach girls who they think is a 'fox'. Any guys wanna help me find out the answer to this? Has any guys never approached a girl they liked cos they thought she was really hot and couldn't get up the nerves cos you thought she would turn you down??

Because I'm not sure if the girls I approach will even give me the time of day if I go up to them. I mean if I find the girl attractive, and my intention is to get to know her by confronting the individual, it's a lot more difficult going up to them with that kind of purpose than just meeting that person randomly through a friend or something at a party or social event for example. Since they are a total stranger.

And you pretty much hit a main point in the closing sentence of your statement. I'm going to be honest. I fear rejection. It's happened to me several times and it's not a good feeling at all. Especially from the females you try so hard to make a good impression. I can understand that some people just don't feel that "certain way" about you, and that's obviously beyond my control.

I just think it's plain difficult.
