Thank you you´re too kind

but to clear it up - I did not broke up with anyone, thanks god. Fl is fruitlover, my boyfriend I just "broke down" because of all that stress that is around me, but he helps me a lot, he always does. Now I´m better, still trying to figure out some things and make them better (myself including).

As for my parents, they have bee separated for about 4 years since my father has had unplanned child with another woman, but they did not divorce at that time - he just moved in to the another woman to live with her (long story, and really crazy and complicated and you do not want to hear it). They are divorcing right now (once again, complicated), but they both are ok with it, so as long they are ok with it, I´m ok with it too lol. It more or less leaves me with no emotions at all. But thank you anyway

Do you get along well with both of your parents?

And I plan to move... I don´t know I would love to move back to Karlovka where I grew up or to the cottage - but we might just as well stay where we are now till something better occurs

That living of yours sounds fantastic, I so hope it will come out well inform me on any news! I also hope it´s not too pricy?

No worries hun, glad you're okay

Funny, what in essence is such a a simple question has got me absolutely stumped. Sure i know the answer to it but i am not quite sure how much to reveal to you Put it this way, we do get on but thats only because we don't see much of each other Once ive moved out I don't think i'll be seeing much of them. Although both love me very much (as i do with them) and wonderfully caring people, we just don't work well together.

As i was saying to Layla and Baron it's London, so its always going to be fairly pricy. Unfortunately that place I told you about went to someone else. - They said that they decided that they wanted a girl. Which kinda sucks! A bit of a waste of time. However I did see another place yesterday and I really, really liked the people.

Ive actually kinda fell in love with them

They all seemed to really care for one another and hang out with each other just as much as they do with their own friends. I felt very relaxed in their company and we shared a joke or two in the process.

Including myself it would be five of us, three guys and two girls. So a nice mixed to group. The house itself is pretty big, old victorian style. Pretty decent size rooms as well. But then it has to be with five of us living there. Unfortunately however it is a little further away from where I'd ideally like to be, which is a shame. But with this the price goes down. So swings n roundabouts. But the main thing is the people you are living with in my opinion. I mean I would live in a skip if I was with my best mate. I can honestly say this is the first place Ive seen that Id be truly disappointed if I don't get it....so fingers crossed

Do you by any chance know the best way to dig without killing the worms ? Sometimes I seem to get lucky and they come up in the dirt without being cut but I can never predict what will happen. I also find it interresting that they say not to cover them back up with dirt but it seems if you don't then the birds will get them, so I just cover them up anyway hoping they'll find their way .

Unfortunately no, Joe I don´t like killing the worms but sometimes it´s just impossible to dig without accidentally doing so. Don´t worry about that though - birds need to eat too

Have I gotten it right, that you live at a farm?

Is it like jelly shots?

Yes, that´s the word! Here we call it "želatínové víno" - jelly wine I could not find the right word, sorry

^Well that simply sounds foul!

I can only just about accept tetra-paks of wine... <_<

And if it ever gets a little too feline-heavy at the cottage: http://www.webuyanycat.com/ mischievous_smilie.gif

I´m asking because I´ve heard the jelly wine can get really pricy and valued - especially in France, but in other countries too. A friend of mine paid for it a little fortune in restaurants and it´s really strong - he is used to alcohol but two glases of it made him bum to the table and sleep for like an hour

another friend of mine, whose father was a wine maker also tasted it - as a little boy, but only a little piece. It´s considered a "delicates" here. It takes a lot of time to get the true jelly wine

and what the hell is that site??

There's an old phrase that goes by 'Power has always baffled men'. There's a cult of celebrity that hides what are, in the end, mundane management and organizational processes. In the US, the average person has an irrational love with 'CEOs'. This love has distorted corporate governance politics...Our 'CEO's in large publically traded corporations earn, on average, 300-400 times their average worker's salaries and their key employees earn high multiples as well. I am fluent in business and I know what they all do on a daily basis, and it's, regardless of legality, just stealing. It's robbing shareholders and employees. And the business itself as an economic machine and the rest of society at that.

Mussolini was probably the most 'normal' of the three. Stalin was a 'strongman' (kind of like Saddam Hussein) and gang leader who got his start doing community organizing with the poor oil industry workers in Baku. Hitler got his start with his power of oratory and his ability to convince many people with his beliefs. All three were skilled 'community organizers' and 'talkers' but their 'genius' ends there. They were politicians throughout, and the rest was achieved by other people. For instance, Hitler would never have rose to power if he didn't succeed in gathering the loyalty of top men in the Army and big Business & German industry. He had WW1 veteran army officers & businessmen/professional managers manage the whole 'Nazi' political movement. That's why the 'SA' looked like an army...it was indeed management by former military commanders of WW1.

Mussolini was the most intelligent and least demented one. Stalin and Hitler were both very dysfunctional people.

What is "CEO"?

Hitler was very popular at the beginning of his government - people were crazy about him, writing him letters (even jews) and adoring him, his birthday was a national event. Even after the start of exctintion of jews, he received many letters from jew citizens, perplexed and uncomprehending why are such thing happening, that they were always a good German citizens and admirers of Hitlers´ government. It was actually too sad to watch that documentary. It was called "Letters to Hitler" or something like that.

He was great at manipulating masses but also had a great teacher. Everyone who ever met him told that he was a very charismatic person, he loved chidlren and was very kind generally. Inside of him was a beast, a torn child and a dictator. He was also like a light for all these military commanders that wanted to shine. There were also many sadists in the leading roles of his Nazi groups - war always attracts lots of them.

However, there were also people who really believed in fighting for good thing and weren´t aware of all that bestiality that happened. Also, some of his own officers tried to killed him or wanted to leave when they found out.

The countries I mentioned have the least corrupt governments and policy making.

Most people have high moral standards and expect a lot more than is physically possible with current institutions. That's a good thing in a way.

(Aside from the numerous actors that were involved in the global economic crisis)There is a significant amount of corruption in the US, but not so much as some other countries due in part to our (relatively) strict laws and regulations, regulatory bureaucracies, 'bear' financial organizations like distressed debt funds & shorts. Regardless of recent developments in journalism, we still have more aggressive academia, print, and digital media. Our economy is higher-output (but questionable product mix), high productivity, and low prices so the negative effects of corruption are sometimes nullified a good deal. In most academic studies (corruption index), our corruption ratings are equivalent to Britain's (which is just about right, our government & business policies share many similarities). Our worst problem is the stark income inequality, insufficiently strong industrial sectors, and insufficient ability to generate good jobs. Just like britain, in fact.

I see economics as leading politics by an overwhelming margin. America was run by businessmen and landowners pre 1860, post 1860..corporations had overwhelming political power. Then government became powerful circa 1930 and corporations + government shared power until 1970. Finance came into the picture in the 70s and government weakened a little during the 80s/90s. Finance strengthened and corporations weakened. Come 2006, and government increases in power along with finance to a much smaller degree. Corporate power weakens. So, for the duration of my life, it was finance +corporations + government that held much of the political power. Embedded in each category is a plurality of institutions.

Here it´s quite different - we´ve always been under the rule of another country (Austria-Hungary) or coupled with another country (Czecho-Slovakia) or, during the wars, under Russia or Germany. Then we separated in 1993 and became a "Slovak Republic" or Slovakia, but with huge bruises after the communism era that lasted for more than 50 years. All these recent politicians are just former communists. Older people have communism in their souls and bodies - we need a new generation that would be free of such gravity. We are a nation of about 6 million citizens and 1 million of it are pensioners - I don´t consider that healthy at all.

We still need to grow and the only thing that soothes me that we have the place to grow in, we still have the future ahead of us. It will be better, but it will take a long time and hard one at that.

Yeah, work is fine. Still pretty busy, but it's eased off a bit in the past couple of weeks - last month was really stressful

Really? It´s the same here - since January actually, and it won´t end up until 4th of May. It´s the last huge exhibition on that term. Thanks god.

I noticed you very rarely talk about yourself

Wealthy, privileged background. I think she's been boarding school educated w/possible theater experience since childhood. She must have grown up with people of much experience. In the interview I watched, she was street-smart and different from the usual clueless 18-year old.

Yeah, she indeed is. But considering her family it seems logical. Or when I think of Paris Hilton, it doesn´t

Jennka, I think that you and I are pretty similar in certain ways- particularly in our sense of curiosity, relative egolessness, general respect for other people, and openness to varying points of view. That's why we get along. I feel comfortable posting with you, and I don't have to be worried about restrictions and adverse reactions & so forth.

For the most part, I try to free up as much time as possible so there are certain things that I don't do. I don't like doing chores, shopping, or running errands, so I minimize that. Outside of social drinking, I never drink or smoke on my own time. I never watch TV besides the occasional movie or mini-series that I clip off the net'. I put a premium on 'thinking time' when I'm at home.

I go hiking several times a year, but it's never because I want to go but rather that I 'have to' because I was invited. I'm too used to being in closed environments and have so little knowledge of nature, hunting, or construction skills that I am half-bored when I've at Bear Mountain or other places. I do like boating, kayaking, and swimming in the lakes and waterways though.

I know that learning how to enjoy the wilderness is a skill that I should eventually work on.

Do you think you ever will? Be sure to tell me then

I do watch TV only occasionaly too - usually the Mythbusters when I come home and eat and then Spectrum when something good is on. When I want to relax I watch Red Dwarf I mostly use my free time to read or spend it with fl.

Oh, yesterday we´ve bought finally a vacuum cleaner after 3 years of living in the little flat, damn

I´m having my fingers SO crossed the most important thing is you like the people you are going to live with, and after reading your description of that place it also seems really wonderful...

Lol, trust me that I cannot really spend too much time with my mum too and fl with his father I love my parents, he loves his parents, but it´s better when we all live on our own - it´s natural. We spend every second weekend (mostly) with fl´s mum at the cottage and I love her as my own mum, but not one of us would like to be together on a everyday basis for too long

This is a pine forest, right? Once I've had a walk in a pine forest and I liked it because of the very, very pure air.

4 years?! ha, you make me feel like such a kid Although in my defense I've been mentally ready to move out for quite sometime now, it's just hasn't been financially viable for me to move out. Of course traveling probably didn't help that I literally had a choice, go traveling or move out. I choose traveling in the hope that when I got back I'd be able to find a job and a place fairly soon afterwards. I gave myself a target of 6 months and Its been 5 months, so i am on target

I didn't say I liked Marloes, just said I wasn't a fan of that set Look forward too that month!

Tell me, how's it looking for you? Good or bad?!!

Oh, and I had to share this clip with you. Apparently when I was in Illinois there was a hysterical bear encounter for one poor individual. I couldn't help but laugh especially with the whole setup that unfolded live on camera. All this happened about a good 40 miles east of where I live. Gotta love live local news coverage.

Glad you like it

Pines, spruces we mostly slept in such places, but there were also mixed forests. It´s air really is outstanding, very fresh, smells after pines however I more enjoy greenwoods, they seem somehow happier to me, full of light, and life. But conifer forests are more usefull - so they all have their pros

I respect it sorry for my neverending questions, I´m just a damn curious girl

I work for a trade fair company - trade fair / exhibition centre. You have quite a lot of stress during the exhibitions (or rather before and after them), and then, during summer there is nothing to do so everyone gets damn bored - and then, after summer it´s all the same circus again

I still enjoy the summer, I have finally time for my favourite things and I can take even 2 weeks long vacation - and work at the cottage

Have I ever asked you about Terry Pratchett???
