Dunno, maybe I should add flood control although it can be a bit annoying for regular members.

I was able to delete them all simultaneously with the admin function deal, so I don't know whether its more problem than its worth ? But I'm not sure what all that does, so your call of course .

Don't think we should do anything to annoy regular members. Let's just continuing to delete the spammers and their spam .. those that do get through.

What you did was very effective in drastically reducing the the spam/spammers. So let's deal with the ones that get through.

I prefer sending pm instead of reporting now. I also sent a similar message to Maui and Maddog.. i'll give joe and Lady a break because i bother them the most haha.

However, there is a certain poster named ienergy who is known to be a troll. I spoke to lady fatale in the past and she said he is one step from being banned.. Well now he has posted something that would be considered trolling and fraud. He just posted a completely false translation to a Bar ELle Russia interview. It's annoying because the people who read her thread will think what he posted is true but he just made it all up!! Doesn't that constitute a warning?

Ps. I rarely post on her thread anymore because I think it's out of control but I do read to get up to date on her career. I think many do also.

^ I am unfamiliar with this poster, so would rely heavily on Lady Fatale's opinion. Also, do we know in fact that the translation referred to is bogus? If it is, and if the member has been problematic and has received the requisite 3 warnings, then I am in favor of banning.

i remember hearing about this guys antics in the past. And if the translation is bogus that is certainly a final straw.

I say we:

- check the interview translation

- get Lady's opinion.

Sorry for being MIA for a while, I have been writing a lot of papers for classes lately.

ienergy tends to post very random things, but occasionally will post things that piss a lot of members off. I looked up more info. about the "interview" fashiondream was talking about. Originally, SicK As mY SecReTs was translating an interview from a magazine and was going to finish it later. ienergy responded with fake questions and fake answers for a reason only he knows why he did. I looked up the finished tranlation and none of the questions/answers ienergy posted were apart of the original interview.

I think this member has had a lot of chances to clean up their act. How many times have us mods/admins cleaned up Bar's thread because of this user? I have gotten numerous PMs from different members about this user in the past and I think this is the final straw, as JK said.

I think that you should ask him about this issue of falsifying the interview, and get his side....which I predict will be insufficient.

Let us know what he says (if he responds at all). We should then vote on whether or not he should be banished.
