You got a point there, Joe. We should absolutely make clear that getting opening another account during the time of suspension will lead into a permanent ban. However, since this is the first real "punishment" we throw on her, I feel a month is too long ...

This would be her second warning actually and she's started another account since then. I will leave it to you though since suspensions are in the mod's power and because I don't want it thought that my ever growing personal distaste has anything to do with it .

I will support whatever the majority of the staff thinks is best.

If we do ban them (not sure anymore who is "them"---LMS, Lu...Cop? Lexus? Are they all the same person?) We should probably as a team decide what we will tell members when they inquire. We might want post something brief on the board explaining why they're banned like we did for some "popular" members in the past.

Ja, I'm glad you mention that. There will be a lot inquiries about it, I guess, and I would feel saver if I had some guidelines we all can refer to. I can't remeber a case of a popular member banned, I'm afraid, was there an official announcement about the case? I would propably be easier to have an announcement and point every member with questions via PM to the announcement without the need to explain everything ourselves ... and it would be a good way to remind people that we are a community and have to respect members whether we share the same opinion or not. That we are all here to have fun and support our favorites in a peaceful manner. We won't tolerate any bashing/flaming etc blabla ... and if many different member complain and report the behaviour of another, who doesn't change attitude no matter how many warnings he or she got, the only thing left to do for us is a suspension. We don't like it, but we can't tolerate someone else's ignorance ... I don't know, I've never wrote anything like that and hating nothing more than quarrels and discord doesn't make it any easier. But I think it's the right decision to finally act though I'm just talking about LMS and SweetLu - not sure about Cop/Lexus/IluvAdrianalima? Kinda lost track of the mob ...

As to explaining, I say to the first member that sends a message asking about it, just tell them to start the thread and I or whoever sees it first will answer it there. Since there seems to be some confusion here , I might as well give a brief summary. All of the above are different people. For one, COP and ILuv both hate LMS and have asked me why she isn't banned several times. In the case of Lu, he's friends with COP whereas she and LMS are enemies. Unless being a lame follower is a crime, there are no grounds for punishing Lu for anything. From the conversations I've had with them all, I've determined that none of them are clever enough to pull off the variation of interrests and responses. Its LMS who has multiple accounts and has inspired Limer to ask us to upgrade the ignore function and been reported by both Baron and ILuv as harassing them on several occassions. Of the group, COP is the one I speak to regularly and I'm pretty sure the others don't have her interrests and knowlege among other things.

he likes to bait/cause trouble as well so just wanted to give you a heads up on him.

So, any decision on LMS case yet? Don't wanna be pushy, I just feel a little uncomfortable with knowing we are going to at least suspend her but still have to be my joyful self when our paths crosses, ... which is not very often, okay. If it was more frequent I would have more insight in the strange ways of hers and propably asked for a ban a thousand times before ...

Anyone noticed anything yet? I've read some of his posts - defininetly NOT a new member if you ask me. Joined 4 days ago but already writing novels? No way, though the IP address hasn't been in use before ...

^He is indeed rather opinionated for a newly registered member, but I don't see any obvious signs of baiting or causing trouble just yet. Let's keep an eye on him and see how it goes.

I am curious about the same thing. I have don't know what is the best way to handle the situation b/c it seems like it has become a complicated situation

Suspended viola0605 for 14 days for repeatedly violating the signature guidelines. She also has reached a 30% warning.

When I saw LMS still posting, I suspended her on the spot and sent her a message. When I thought about it though as much as it sickened me (both to change my decision as well as hee her everywhere all the time in the midst of this), I decided to undo it since I didn't have the power seeing as how the vote is still inconclusive since no two people with definitive opinions agreed. I did give her another unofficial warning though and I'll just tell those that reported her that the staff still hasn't agreed but that she is at least on thin ice and being watched. If her level of harassment escalates or she starts another account though, I'm just going to hop out there with it though but if someone undoes it, I'll just wash my hands and won't redo it of course.

LMS/ Sweet Lu case:

So I looked through Sweet Lu's posts since September 11 and didn't found anything suspicous there. He had some minor quarrels, but nothing important. Also I didn't find anything in the open conversation between him and LMS that would call for a mod.

LMS on the other hand: The issue when her 5 (or more) accounts were banned was in January. I found out an account with the same IP had been started in February ...

Also she does post continously nudity, whilst damn well knowing it's not allowed. I'm back at March 12 now and already edited 10 posts ... that's enough for a suspension, I think ... and I'm just scrolling down and edit what I find, I'm not really searching. Must've skipped a lot ...

Just saw Joe's post above - let's get on with her suspension! It which thread was it, hadn't seen it!

Wait LMS made yet another account after I found the four and she given a warning? WTF does this girl have to go to get banned? o.O I'm sorry but she knows the difference between right and wrong and she's choosing to ignore our repeated warnings.

@ CarMELita - Contact TheBombshell and ask her to explain why she has so many accounts. If I'm right she'll just explain that she "never received a email confirmation", or she "Forgot her password so she had to make a new account" as justification . . . People are way to predictable on this forum.
