I sent a msg to Bombshell asking for an explanation as to why the multiple accounts.
I'm not sure why the staff are tip toeing around her infraction and a dozen others (like Jade/WildFlower ect ect ect having multiple accounts that she USES and still gets away with it because some of the staff think she has "issues"), but TheBombshell has clearly been on BZ the last few days and is choosing to ignore our requests to speak with her. We don't have a staff tags to look pretty guys lol Get on the ball and use a bit of the power that comes with the tag ... I promise it won't hurt.

As for the Jade/WildFlower situation, it sounds vaguely familiar but I cannot recall the specifics. There are so many members I sometimes have trouble keeping track 
I am sorry to hear you feel we are not doing enough. For me it is tough at times b/c of my job and other obligations. However, I try to check-in whenever I can. When I have enough time I do complete tasks. I am doing my best and whatever I can. Again, I am very sorry if that's not enough 
Right now I am going through each of LMS' IP addresses 
to figure out all her other accounts so we can ban all of them at once.
What are some of the other problematic accounts we should be looking at? Have we contacted them about it? I know it is a pain but if you (or someone else) could provide a list with any pertaining information, or direct us to the post in Area 51 where the accounts were reported, it would be very helpful. I might have missed some of the staff's report b/c I was away or overlooked them by accident. I know there was a report regarding fashiondreams having multiple accounts.
I want us to be a stronger team. If we work together by dividing up certain tasks we can work more efficiently.

Considering how many accounts there are above, I am sure if we take a closer look at modelmayhem, chicityboy, nathenkphoto and jazzy we will find more associated accounts. Could you guys please take a look at each account to see if there are any red flags? Like I said if we work together by dividing up the tasks it would be make things much more efficient. Thanks a bunch! 
Is there any chance someone could educate me a little with regard to IP addresses? I'm familiar with their purpose of course but, as I may or may not have mentioned in the past, I don't know how alike they have to look before becoming suspect. The ones attributed to LMS in the above post all look quite different to me, save for a couple of similarities in the first few numbers. 
^ I am going to use one of LMS' IP addresses to explain it. This also what Spark and Neo told me when I first join the staff.
208.54.85.202
- 1st set of numbers are alike (208): it is ok. I would not be suspicious yet
- 1st & 2nd set of number are alike (208.54): I would start to suspect but I would investigate a little more
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd set of numbers are alike (208.54.85): I would be very suspicious and chance are we have a multiple account situation here
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and so on are alike (208.54.85.202.xxx): I think you can figure this one out yourself.
IP address is not enough to determine whether someone has a multiple account. If someone is using an ISP like AOL or MSN, it often generate false positives. Which is why it is important to also look at the posting styles (the wording, phrasing, formatting, etc). That is the most telltale sign for me. I usually then start investigating. Sometimes the same member using different accounts are thoughtless enough to converse "with each other". It is great when they do that because right there they blew their cover.

So then (at the risk of once again sounding like a complete berk) how can we be sure that jazzy is also LMS? That particular IP address looks very different to the rest, or are we going by posting style for this one?
^ Not stupid it at all! We all have to learn from somewhere. Besides I rather you ask than go through things blindly and without any guidance. Better safe than sorry.
I think other staff members have looked at jazzy and felt it was enough to suspect she & LMS are the same person. Also, I think when we confronted her about it she didn't deny it (nor did she confirm but whatever 
)

Since there were no objections, I banned the following accounts:

Again, if we could take a further look at these accounts to see are there any other red flags that would be great (Y)

- Multiple accounts violations - 7 known accounts, the latest: jazz, (6th Feb 12)
- Numerous reports for causing tension among members
- Posting nudity

Edit: I spoke to kiki in private about the manner and she understand and was thankful for a response from me. Apparently she's being told different reasons as to why LMS was banned ... figures
in reagrds to LMS being banned:
because they, the loser staff, decided to bring up some old shit that was resolved last year (with her getting warnings than) as well as some other bullshit reasons, than had the nerve to tell her NOT to even try and defend herself becuase it would do no good.
Basically, a couple of the "right people" didn't like her and did everything they could to get her banned. And lord knows, it must have been oh so tough to have someone on here that was nice and didn;t start drama and actually contributed to this rapidly declining site. oh no, we don't want that. those types of people have to go.
Let's embrace all the people that do nothing but bring drama, lie, insult, bully and oh yes, the perverts and borderline pedophiles.

Ah, Sweet Lu - nothing if not predictable. Thanks Pretty for the work you've done so far. 
Anyway guys, just wanted to make it known that I received a PM from Mahi regarding LMS's ban, so I've replied and briefly outlined the reasons behind it. I can understand people being surprised - shocked even - but it's hard to believe that anyone could think it was a decision taken lightly by the staff, or that we'd consider banning someone without very good reason.

Good work, guys. Honestly I really thought there would be more members upset with the banning, but it feels almost everyone is okay with it. I'm glad the decision is out now.
Two things on my mind regarding LMS:
She had submitted pics for the Logo, I will not take those into the competition.
Since I'm still not finished with the Female model directory and have been crediting the member that opened the thread I will leave all threads LMS opened without credit.

The vast majority of members seem to have deemed the issue relatively unimportant too - most of the people I've seen in the thread have simply read it and moved on, and we've only had a handful of responses thus far.
^ Glad things are somewhat ok so far. I wanted some sorta "official" statement from the staff so members won't start ridiculous rumors or create their own version about what happened. It is also a way to diffuse the situation. Besides, it never hurts to be professional and show we do take multiple offenses seriously (Y)
