Has she started doing it again since I spoke to her on Feb 24th? She promised me she wouldn't do it again!!! If she is then I guess we need to ban her as well

I disabled her other accounts in late February so she should have just one active account (meaning her other accounts should have no posts since around Feb 24th). If not, let me know and I will try to figure it out.

We should tell her that even after we warned her in January and her big apologize afterwards an account has been opened in February, that she is continuously posting nudity and need to watch her behaviour towards the other memebers for she is continuously causing tension among them. Therefore we decided to suspend her account for a matter of XX days.

If she continues with her behaviour after this period or opens up another account to avoid the suspension, she will be banned immediately and permanently. We hope, she will take this opportunity to think about her behaviour and return peacefully. That we would hate loosing an active member like her, but we need to take care of the community as a whole. Something like that? We should give her something to think about, it's no good if she doesn't know why she got banned.

Really I don't know what happened here, she started so nicely with her gifs and being friendly and stuff. Okay, her gifs were a bit annoying as they slowed down the thread, but nevertheless - what happened?

We should also give Sweet Lu a friendly warning about causing tension, I guess. Something like LMS being the main troublemaker, but he should be a good friend and rather calm the situation than fuel it ...

Both had advertising in their sig (I edited both) and were last on on January 11 - since no harm has been done and he/she hasn't been online for over a year, should we just ban one of those accounts?

If we ban a popular member, I can just tell the first person to pm me to start the thread and I can give an explaination on behalf of the staff in there. With the Lu thing, though I don't really have any dealings with him, there's definitely no grounds to ban him. He probably would cause enough trouble to warrant it if she were punished, but he should at least be given the opportunity to do it before being punished I suppose. If this other person keeps doing it after being warned then I don't see why not to ban them. As to the advertisers, my system is always to instantly ban them if its porn or they seem like a bot. If its a regular member with advertisements, I just go through the regular warning system to give them the chance to reform as I would anyone else. I can't say I'd protest a different method though .

I agree with Joe. We shouldn't ban Lu bc he hadn't done enough to merit a ban.

If there are no objections, I think we can proceed with banning LMS. I am at a Starbucks on my iPod waiting for my meeting to start so it is tough for me to get on the ACP. If anyone can get on it feel free to complete the task.

Carm: would you mind composing something we can send to LMS regarding why we are banning her? Something simple, matter of fact, and to the point. We can send it as a ban notice.

Though several warnings had been given, you did not stop with your ill behaviour:

- having multiple accounts (latest: jazzy, 6th Feb 12)

- causing tension among members

- posting nudity

We therefore decided to suspend your account for 3 weeks.

Please note that another violation of the BZ rules will lead to a permanent ban. Though we would hate loosing an active member, we need to take care of the community peace.

Has she been suspended yet? I thought it as the next step after warnings, suspending for so and so long and then comes the ban? I don't know, I'm the newbie here

^ No worries. I think there was a miscommunication and/or misunderstanding somewhere. I just checked her account and she is not suspended. She was technically warned a few days ago. Hopefully we will straighten this out soon

There's also a new user, Kapiten, who's posting nudity. I raised his warnlevel and send him a PM. I got the strong impression it's that Orcha_78 guy. I told him I'm suspecting him and that multiple accounts are not allowed. They don't share the same IP though, but I thought it couldn't hurt to give him a warning.

What about LMS now? Suspension? Ban?

What about the jazzy account then?

^ Oops, forgot about that. I think we should ban (or at least disable the posting ability of) all of her extra accounts. Do we have a list of her known accounts?

As far as I know all had been banned already except Jazzy ...

Does anyone have a list of all her accounts (that we know off) so I can check them when I get on a real computer? That way we can take care of everything at once.
