Generally, Liika does not make negative comments, but when she does, they are very rude, even nasty.
I do not know why she is antagonistic towards me. I have a feeling though that she has “grown too big for her britches” and feels that she can do no wrong.
Having you or another administrator or mod intervene would only exacerbate an already bad situation. Despite your best efforts at conciliation, Liika might think that I am rallying the troops against her. I do not feel that anything positive will ensue.
I just wanted to make you and the other BZ staff aware of the problem, so that when Liika does contact you accusing me of harassing her, you would be aware of what transpired between us. You could then decide to tell her that you support me, or you can ignore her. Of course, you could also support her accusation and tell me to back off. Your objective perspective will be welcomed.
On some days, moderating on BZ is just not fun! 
^ I could see how her sarcasm could cross the line sometimes. And I do feel after awhile some members do "grow too big for their britches". Bigmax is an example of this 
I also do understand how a comment like "awful cover :yuckky: " is not very constructive and does not invite further productive discussions. At the same time I could imagine the comment being much worse. I was thinking maybe there is a way we could encourage her to be more constructive and clear on her comments? 
My suggestion about one of us talking to her is to hear her side & to get a better understanding of the situation. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding or miscommunication somewhere. However I do hear you that it might exacerbate the situation and she might feel we are ganging up on her.
Being a mod is no easy job Members don't always understand how tough it could be and sometimes we have to make tough decisions I will say you are doing a great job. Thank you for pitching in and your dedication

Also, I'm receiving daily ear bashings from the member appleauto at the moment, regarding various disagreements on the Barbara Palvin thread. I had a look and I couldn't make head nor tail of half the stuff going on, but it's clear that the hysteria and off-topicness there are reaching borderline-dangerous levels. If there are no objections, I'd like to do a mass clean-up.

Appleauto is a massive cry baby and doesn't like when she's called out on her shit.
For months now she's been asked by dozens members of the forum to stop posting pictures as nothing but links, she refuses to. I spoke to her in PM about it and she claimed she worked in a hospital and didn't have the time to post the pictures... and yet she has 20 minutes to write a novel about the greatness of that is Barbara? Bullshit, she's lazy or she doesn't know how to post pictures and is too stubborn to ask for help.
Every single post she makes with links to pictures members of the forum have to post for everyone right after her.
examples:
Why, is it so damn hard to actually post a picture? There are numerous image hosting sites, and guess what, they're even free. You've been asked several times by a moderator to post photos, not links. Not to mention a number of other members that frequent this thread have expressed dissatisfaction with the constant links. You have enough time to write comments about said links posted, but not enough time to upload them? That's doesn't make much sense.

Appleauto and her refusal to post pictures, give lame excuses and become a Rank 1 obsessor of Barbara has caused almost everyone who visits Babara thread to make jokes at her expense. This teasing is EVERYWHERE on the BZ and no one likes her... and normally I'd feel bad for her but she did it to herself.
I refuse to kiss her ass and allow her to continue to act the way she does.
^ Her obsession with Barbara is definitely concerning. Very unhealthy Also, her refusal to upload images onto a host and composing long posts is getting annoying & ridiculous. I am thinking we should give her an unofficial warning via PM telling her, if she has time to compose extensive posts then she has enough time to upload images onto a host, or she may not post images (textlinked or not) until she is able to upload picts onto a host. If she does not comply she will be warned, put on mod watch, and any posts that doesn't satisfy our request will deleted.
Thoughts?
I've tried talking to her about it in private and all I got was "..oh so if I continue... ban me", or "deal with it, I work in a hospital and don't have time to post pictures... just links and a long speech about the greatness that is Babs" (paraphrasing of course lol)

You at Bellazon call yourself a GLOBAL MODERTATOR and cleans certain threads (example -The Magdalena Frackowiak thread)when certain posts have been posted but SOOOO many people have been directly insulting me personally on the Barbara Palvin thread and NO ONE...NOBODY has done anything to prevent it or stop it...No warning points...NOTHING...This is absolutely disgusting behaviour ...insulting someone ..posting messages where everyone can see and laugh about it and join the hunting party but I guess it is all fine and dandy because even one of your OWN GLOBAL MODERTATORS participates.
