Sounds good and I know you're not asking me if its a rule . I just looked up and saw it somewhat late actually . Having said that, if the deal is to just ask them not to in the mean time and this disabling of the quoting pics while keeping emoticons comes along, all will be solved in any case .
 

The lunatic fringe is taking over the Barbara Palvin thread again - so much so that I had to threaten to lock it to restore order. I've given everyone involved a warning to stand down, so if (and by 'if' I mean 'when' ) it all kicks off again and we need to take further action, no-one can have any excuses.

Sent him a PM yesterday actually. Told him he would get a formal warning if he kept it up.

I'm not sure that is a hotlink, the page seems to be a service for uploading large GIFs. That thing is over 15 MB large.

^ You would think it is common sense not to post a gif that is more than 15MB Silly siniko. The fact it is that big is a good indication it is hotlinked b/c no host would let you upload anything of that size. Anyways, I noticed the gif hasn't been textlinked yet so I went ahead and did it (Y)

I've checked it further, it does appear to be an upload service for very large GIFs:

Check the general discussion thread, I think it might be worth to somehow support the service on here.

It reduces the file size of those large GIFs by a factor of ten!

Of course Maddog would have to determine how feasible and opportune it is.

Probably best to leave his textlinked for now?

Trying to give him the benefit of the doubt just once. If you feel a one week suspension would be appropriate then that's totally up to you guys, how based on his personality I don't think it'd do much.

Whoa! What happened to caused this!?   Although I don't know all the details and I am sure neither party's innocent, TexasLongHorn2013 does have a history of misinterpreting things and blowing things out of proportion. He has had altercations with other members here, including me, in which he attacks, name calls and flames. BUT right afterwards he would always post something like "I don't like fighting...I don't want to continue fighting...blah...blah...blah..." I don't remember what exactly he called me but it was either "dumb", "stupid," or "an idiot". He edited his post a few minutes later b/c I think he realized I was on the staff and I could ban him I gave him a benefit of a doubt so I did not warn him. Ever since our altercation he started to be super cordial and buddy-buddy with me. He even Friend Requested me and occasionally PM's me being all nice & sweet :notsure:

He is also a super creeper. He was asking around about ways to contact Candice directly so he could meet up with her privately. He sent a letter to Candice at IMG and she has not responded yet (surprise, surpirse ), so he kinda moved onto Martha Hunt. How do I know all this? B/c he sent me PM last week asking me for Martha's direct contact info! I told him I don't have it (even if I did he would be the last person I would give it to) and just send a message to her at her agency IMG.

He is definitely someone to keep an eye on (Y)
