I banned CowUpton (http://www.bellazon.com/main/user/85920-cowupton/) for trolling in the SISE 2014 thread (even his/her username could be deemed trolling).

I suspect this guy might be CowUpton posting from another IP.

Both IP addresses resolve to roughly the same geographical location. And he signed up only a handful of hours after I banned CowUpton.
And he mentions visiting the SISE thread even though he has only signed up an hour or so ago and hasn't posted in that thread at all.

My thoughts...
- Oxford & Mandi are the same person---probably an issue with her Mandi account so she started a new one. However, it is likely oxford and barilace are also the same person, although one is more of a Leo Heart and the other is a Leo Basher. I am going to investigate more on this.
- Mikebab1 and sundaebest are confirmed to be the same member but Pretty only banned Mikebab1 
I am pretty sure kelseyrenae14, Iheartcandice and ticktock are also them. All Candice fans and 3 of them are Anne V fans.
- Fashionpassion123, JayRock, Jamief41 currently don't have any posts.
- I have to look more into mpsm69's account b/c she doesn't post in the same threads as the other members mentioned
- Begonia we already suspected is a troll, so...
What do the rest of you think?

Very interesting stuff. I don't get why these people do it. Like how the hell do they find the time to make more than one account and post in it and cause problems. Hell I have trouble keeping up with normal day to day things. Internet is full of some weird whacko people.
I'm quite glad about slowen to be honest. I know it's kind of like he's just annoying the fuck out of all of us. But still some people just know how to tick you off. What about TexasLongHorn or whatever. Anything on him? Can he be banned for being a pig?

Message to All Staff...
First off, I would like to say that it has been an honor to be a staff member here. When I was offered the task of moderator by Pinks, it seemed to have come out of the blue and I never expected such a thing here. I was never even a regular frequeter of forums, but just signed up to get some (still unidentified) models id'ed. It still remains by far my proudest moment as a member (not since being a member, but in the world of BZ). There have been ups and downs. Some goals have been achieved (convincing Talisa to reel it in so she wouldn't bet banned), some accidentily (innovating the mod edit in Site and Forum versus the sloppy posts used for it 
) and others still seem to be far beyond my reach (reducing Model ID to 20 pages). At the end of the day, everyone will go about it differently from the next person and everyone has their own views and goals. One may ask, why is this in this thread instead of General Discussion? The answer is as follows...
Though we are all different and have our own stregnths, goals and views, I say this in the hope that we can unite on one thing. I hope that going forward, we never lose sight of what this site is for, that is the members themselves. I have recently talked to a couple members in pm who believe it to be so. It is worth mentioning that neither have warnings themselves mind you. At first, I was offended thinking only of all the work we've done and such. Afterward, I thought about it differently though. Their points aren't really about the work 
and it is indeed easy to lose sight of things no matter how much we work. It is indeed easy to get lost in the work and forget the must fundamental truth of the site. This truth is that it is the members that make this site go round. The staff, the rules, all of it has no relevance or any value without the members themselves and thus what is in the best interrest of members should always be the staff's top priority. Even with banning, those who threaten the welfare of the members through unadulterated verbal abuse, stalking ect. should always be public enemy number one above all else because they are the ones who most threaten the members. With those being few and far between, let us never get so caught up in punitive action that we lose sight of the fact that the enjoyment of the members is what makes this site worth its bandwidth. The rules are what they are and some just can't be 'saved' in terms of what said rules require, but that's just a fact of life. We may all not agree on what % that is as it is all subjective, but we know they are an inevitability. Most are reasonable. All are flawed just like all of the staff are flawed. Even the rules themselves were put into place for the most part to benefit the members and for the good of the site. We are not foster parents or principles. We are volunteers doing a service to this site and we have authority to use when need be. With every use of said power, we should ask ourselves, 'how does this best serve the members?' If we can't answer that question, said action should be considered. If we ever lose sight of that and become detatched overlords of the interwebs, we will have failed no matter how much or what else we do. Consider these words and good luck.

Yes, my original post did contain sizes the same as yours. But I then found larger hq versions and posted them, as well as the note to click two times for larger hq versions.

You seem to have conjured up this theory that I have a conspiracy against you. Believe me, I do not!.I have much better and more enjoyable and productive activities to do with my time on Bellazon.
Dispute the sizes if you want, the images I have posted now are larger and higher quality and.....the fact remains, that your post never did not have the back story. Therefore, on that basis, and especially on that premise, my post is NOT a re-post; it NEVER was.
Feel free to discuss this issue with another staff member, but I will not respond any further to your accusations. I have said all that I want to on this issue.

Yes, MK initiated the conversation however I have told her if MK ever initiates conversation with her to report it to another staff member right away instead of retaliating. Also, her comment to MK was attacking, baiting and unnecessary.
Now for MK, why did you feel the need to directly respond to her (your first post) and retaliate (your last post) when we have discussed for you not to? We have also agreed you two should keep your distance, and if you have an issue with her to let another staff member know right a way---not engage in a argument w/ her then let another staff member know.

Why did I initiate the conversation with liika? I did not. If you recall, it was in the Reporting Reposts forum. BZ staff had already acted on other reported reposts. and my post was next. So, I responded NOT to liika, but to the BZ staff explaining why it was not a repost. I did not initiate a conversation with liika .. it was with other members of the BZ staff. She then respond with the negativity that she did. Yes, I did respond directly to her, contrary to your orders. Hence, my resignation ... the straw that broke,,,,,etc.
I will continue to enjoy Bellazon.

I have to say that I rarely go in there, apart from when a member reports something to me that happened in there.
As for Joe's points:
1. No objections, it's probably long overdue... Though I am willing to entertain exceptions if someone can give a good reason why a long-missing member should remain on as staff?
2. No objections either.
3. This I have more problems with. I think all moderators should be official from the get-go and I don't see the advantages of having people unofficially on trial. We could still have a trial period but make them "full" moderators from day one.
