General Discussion

If your up for it, go ahead  Anything to make it simpler to understand and follow would be a win. 

So I was thinking that you would basically have two subsections/threads for rules. I was also thinking that it should be pinned at the top of the forum on the main page, but that's not really super important. It just makes it much more noticeable and leaves less room for people to say "but I didn't know / I didn't see it."

"Member Behavior / Warnable Offenses" and "Forum Functionality / Technical Issues"

I was also thinking, just for everyone's sanity that it might be better to under the general tab make a specific subforum that is for politics/religion and basically let everyone know that it isn't to spill out of said section. Both topics are incredibly touchy especially with elections coming up and I thought that as this is predominantly a fashion forum it might make things a little less tense between all members.

Just to give everyone the heads up I was having a convesation with Sanni, and may have directed her to message a mod/admin if she had an issue with it.

Prettyphile and I were defusing a thread derailment and misunderstanding in the VSFS thread and I had messaged her when she purposely tried to instigate a fight/continue the discontinued topic. Here is the conversation for posterity and so everyone is aware of how that went.

I think she's truly out of her mind, she legit has some issues and idk if she's gonna be able to hold it together with the VSFS right around the corner. Why the fuckity fuck did she feel the ned to throw my name in the end as well? I was too busy being sick all weekend and have no idea of what conversation this was, yet here we are

I've also been speaking to Dave recently he mentioned he's had issues with Sanni as well and even wonders how she hasn't been banned yet, so clearly this is not just us having a personal vendetta or political agenda 

My hands are tied when it comes to Sanni, but we all agreed to put her on mod watch, whenever you guys are ready we can do it. I don't even think we should give her a reason. We've tried so many times with her and nothing works. She's been called out by a least a dozen members not including us for just being so nasty all the time, and she doesn't make the forum a better place. Us monitoring her conversations is the least thing we can do at this point.

@Clauds - From day one she's been unhappy with you guys being staff because she knows she can't get away with shit. Since you've been mod she's slowed on the anti-Elsa bandwagon, and now she's going after Taylor because I like her. I know she likes her too because I've had skype convos with her about models.  She's being a brat because I like Taylor... its sad.

I think you need a certain number of posts in order to view the content

The actual thread for the vsfs thread is open to the public as per maddogs request. It’s only the hq picture thread that is restricted to x post count to views. 

^Gotcha thanks. Sounds like a good idea considering the amount of traffic the VSFS show traffic brings to the site. 

When I try to link to the VSFS thread or any thread it still says the page is restricted for viewing. I've had several people DM me on instagram who are members of BZ who may not have high post count who aren't able to view any of those threads period.

I think only admins can change that. Maybe it's a spillover from earlier when it was locked down :(

Looks like someone set it so that Guests couldnt see it

I have changed it and now I see it as a guest. Let me know if they continue having issues. 

So still having issues. Went to send to a Instagram user who was having trouble viewing and it still shows they don't have persmission to see the general discussion thread.

Not sure if this helps. I just logged out and tried to view it. It does show that I don’t have permission to view the content. 

It also says error code 1f176/3

Feel free to adjust the HQ/UHQ but please let guests see the 2018

Was able to view it no problem as a guest.
