all three are spot ON, and aranka tended to go after the same people over and over, and had that been "certian" of us, we'd have been banned LONG ago, also ive posted things that got deleted, yet turn around and have seen another memeber, again no names get away with it, all depends, on the flavor of the month i guess. I love BZ, its a favored past time, but again like pheno said, what goes for ONE memeber should go for us ALL. Yes you have those ubber fans and i am guilty when it comes to LIMA, but i have learned you have to sit back, and just realize, not everyone can love the same model. BUT i will say, alot of bad mouthing goes on her thread, but if one steps out of line its ok, but we can go to Candies thread, and if anything is said, its taken care of proto, or is it just me that see's that???? MOD's/ADIMIN's need to stay inpartical, its not about WHO you like, or WHO is your BFF, but the JOB itself and being FAIR

Bottom line is, I'm not gonna take sides, i may have friends on this but at the end of the day that's not gonna influence my decision regarding banishment or whatever else it may be. To be fair there is a lot of issues on the forum, but realistically they're not gonna be resolved instantly are they? These things take time and until all of us get together to properly manage most of the issues then it's gonna have to require a bit of patience from the members.. which I have to say most have bar a select few. I'm still getting to grips with being a mod but in no way am i going to have double standards when it comes to dishing out punishment and I'm sure Michael will be of the same opinion.

Being very opinionated myself, this whole idea of people to "shake things up" to get stuff done sounds cute, but isn't a reality from what I've seen (at least it hasn't done me any good unless I were to count it as practicing my typing?). Appealing to the owner is the way to get stuff done in my experience.

I'm positive Berno, Michael and Carm will be awesome guys. Just give it time, it's not going to happen overnight. Gratz guys and good luck with everything. I've been routing since day one for you Berno!

Oh, yeah and as to me not banning somone quickly enough, its easy to single out a a social outcast, but weighing all infractions equally, if that standard of pefect justice were executed across the board many here who now have 0% should have 10% warning and many that have 10% should have 20% by that same token. Without some degree of compromise and optimism, we wouldn't have very many members.

Considering Berno, Michael* and me just have been turned into mods I hope you go easy on us for some time, guys, to fit into the role. I've just learned editing and moving threads ... ( )

I'm a member for quite some years now. What I always liked about BZ was the side-conversation within the model's thread about everthing regarding the model - weight issues and her personal life and stuff - as long as the discussion and the critic is still respectful. I've never tolerated plain dissing and I've never had a problem saying so. I can't remember ever being harassed neither has one of my friends told me about being harassed and I can't remember if I ever witnessed such a case, but I if there's real evidence for it and the person continues with the bad behaviour even if the mods warned the person acording to the BZ guidelines, there should be no question about banning - friend or foe. I don't think I would want such a person as a friend anymore anyway. I'm a libra so I'm normally very polite and diplomatic, but I never cared for politically correctness when the politic isn't correct in the first place (as a direct response to Phenobarbie) and I speak what's on my mind. Plus I'm far too old for building up alliances or taking one's side or mobbing or any of those childish games that might come up at one point. I guess the BZ rules are clear and everyone using this place needs to behave according to these rules.

I'm not quite sure at this moment how I will use my mighty mod power but surely some threads could need a little reminder that private conversation which got nothing to do with the model whatsoever should be held via PM, what do you think? I don't mind the occasional "hey, good to see you, how are things, it's raining and no news for years" kinda smalltalk, that's one of the main things that sets BZ apart from other forums and keeps it alive, but fully grown off-topic conversations that go on for pages are of no value for the topics and therefore should be avoided IMHO.

Also, as Joe pointed out earlier: the more people report things the better and faster the mods will be able to help.
