I hope I haven't caused too much trouble.![]()

Not to worry, Herve is acting as my advocate

I hope I haven't caused too much trouble.![]()

Toobok says no, but he's a straight male soo........
Assuming "leagues" exist, is this girl out of mine? Any point in approaching her?
Additionally, I've been friends with her for about a year and a half, so I don't know if there's anyway out of the 'friends' bin.
Hmm, trying to start a relationship with a girl who has been your friend for an extensive period of time is a complicated exercise. If handled badly, you might end up failing at winning her affection and at the same time lose the friendship and respect you already had. ![]()

I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to interacting with the opposite sex.
Well, what choice do you have? The whole point in going up and talking to a girl you don't know is so you can get to know her. And if you don't know her, then all you can do is follow your "one size fits all" game plan until you do. Not to mention, I think most guys that are successful with women do have a single approach for all women: be confident and be yourself. And if that doesn't "fit" the woman, then why would you want to talk to her?
You are talking about the initial approach, but Bluestar has already talked to this girl on several occasions. There's a difference.
And a lot of guys who are "successful with women" aren't entirely honest about who they are. I'm plenty confident and I'm always myself (I'm the nutcase who approaches women he doesn't know, remember?
) and I get shot down a lot more than your average guy. Fact is that I never have any idea about what the response will be when I try to strike up a conversation with an unknown girl. Any guy who claims that he does is full of shit, imho.

he called me a few times too...
and when i moved to another country in june,
i did not have the chance to tell him..
he'll always be a dear friend to me..
anyways,
he got married..and has a son..
might have another son...
his wife is a gold digger <_<

Thanks, Qtastic, it's appreciated.
I didn't try anything and didn't really feel like it, to be honest.
She sorta ignored me throughout the whole "date", really. It was a superfancy charity event and I think I was probably just a warm body to take.
I'm so bad with women
I feel like guys either need to be slick talkers or good looking to have a chance. I'm got neither.

what's bellazon's opinion on drunk postings? cause I'm pretty trashed right now.
I think I'm a decent guy. I'm athletic, intelligent, musical, artistic. Why is francesca such a b*tch to me?
I apologize ahead of time for this. wine is no good.

Aw dude.
Suck it up. If she ignores you on "dates" or asks you to go with her because she can't find anyone else forget it. Don't let her get you down like this. You're chances are probably doomed at this point or better put, her chances with you should be doomed at this point. Nobody treats Stylee like that. You need to find yourself a girl that looks at you funny, listens to you, laughs at your jokes, and at least as good looking as you are. That's the bare minimum.
Get your balls together dude and start hitting on the cheerleaders like a good football player... preferably the flyers... they're small and like getting thrown around if you know what I mean ![]()

Very disturbing stuff, Toobs. ![]()

Bad news. The girl I was after has a boyfriend. I think I'm going to be sick. I guess on the bright side we had two good conversations today...and got some contact information. It seems like I'm beginning to make a real good..."friend". Man I hate that word sometimes. But really, what a let down. Something like this always happens. Maybe I'm too shallow.
