does anyone know whether it's legal for a newspaper to take one of your pictures from facebook and print it without paying or at least giving credit to the photographer?

^ I guess it's not, but then again, they may say "it was posted on a public profile (because I guess the photo wasn't blocked and could be seen by anyone?) so everything that's in the Internet can be used freely, without asking"?!?? I don't know, but now it reminded me of some girls suing ZARA or other clothing company for using their illustrations on T-shirts without asking for permission first. Obviously the company said it was in the Internet, the pictures could be seen by anyone and they said the pictures weren't exactly the same?!?

Baron is this thing about Kylie (posted in VS spurious thread) quitting modelling in lingerie true?!? I'm afraid to check.... and at first I really thought Doutzen didn't make a Twitter account for her infant with this stupid name. So I guess this Kylie thing is true. Btw I'm pretty sure she was married when she walked VSFS, so her argument about quitting lingerie modelling for husband makes no sense!
