It's been a long time Baron. How are you? I have to admit that I don't watch Liverpool half as much as I should. It's been good hearing about the results and yes, Maxi goal scoring form is great too, but seeing the Mancs get no. 19 and have a chance to cut our Big Ears count by 1 this season really hurts.

We´ve just have had the Ice Hockey World Championship ended here... Finland has won gold medal, Sweden silver and Czech bronze. Great matches to watch, indeed. I guess you´re not into hockey too much, are you?
^Yes, Messi doesn't actually have as big a fan-base as you'd assume here - mainly because he's never really played for a local team (and that he's middle-class, there's still a terrible reverse snobbery about such things here). Players like Riquelme and Tévez are bigger stars...Messi sorry to say baron, seems a lot happier and mroe identified with barca than with argentina. Didnt he emigrate to spain when he was 12 or 13? Im afraid he probably feels mroe catalan than argentine at this point. Catalans are passionately patriotic people and they make foreigners like their country by hook or by crook
As for Catalans, yeah, I know where you're coming from. It's a weird thing to be in "Spain" but to be better off, and to find locals less hostile, speaking english than spanish!
