GET THIS KID VIEWS!

Like it, sub and pass it around to your friends.

Within an hour /b/ the kid got around 1400 likes and it's still growing

Adorable kid, who realllly needs to love! He's had 60 surgeries, is blind, can not smell or taste, cannot breathe without a humidifier, and was born with cleft palate, has to saline wash his sinuses multiple times in order to breath the air that needs to be humidified, and he was diagnosed with autism. And all he asks for is views.

Quoted from Peter (the Kid) "I am unable to smell or taste, and can't eat food. I can eat soft foods, and a special formula. Eating isn't much of a joy to me because sence I can't smell or taste it, its just something I do to live"

Thanks for your input Baron

this board badly needs a multiquote function, who is with me? (this is probably my only chance to find someone agreeing with any of my points so be generous )

We do have one! I haven't quite figured out how to work it yet though

red_ed - mate, you did say that fergie wasnt tactically savvy and needed advise from mourinho, I disagreed. But for the most part I agree with your views about the final, I just didnt get the leap you made from united not being a better team defensivelly than arsenal, real or more hard working, to giving us almost half the chances to win the CL. Didnt make much sense to me. I still think barca are going to be favourites, and probably win it. Tiredness while could be a factor, I hope its not an excuse rivals use to take away our credit. The fact is if we beat barcelona it'll be an incredible feat, regardless of how tired they're (whcih we should be as well because we competed and won the most difficult league in the world)

I think I'll tackle this in bullet points. Probably saves time for all of us:

- I said Fergie wasn't the best tactically, which I can understand how it might be interpreted as non-savvy, but I assure you I didn't mean that. I said they were talking and it would be silly if they didn't talk considering Mourinho has played them 4 times in the space of 2 weeks. I never said Fergie NEEDED to, just that they were.

- I don't think anyone will use tiredness to take credit away from you guys because a cup is a cup is a cup. If people do, tell them they're haters (myself included) However, I know sooner or later there will be others who exaggerate and say "Manyoo team is greater than any other because they stopped the Barca juggernaught ZOMFG!!11!1!!!11" without taking into account any factors that contributed to both teams' performances, and I won't believe them either.

- I could explain why, but I might just keep it short and I rate it Manyoo's chances highly mostly because of the circumstances (including form). Also, I can't think of anything more motivating before a final than saying good riddance to Gary Neville

There was an article in Slovak mag "Oko" about Bob Dylan, I read it yesterday is it too daring to call him a legend? I would say he is for sure.

Baron, do you know what day it is today? I don´t know if you like/d Douglas Adams, but today is Towel Day!!

So do I, going by the name of Red Ed... stfu, give the kid love or go back to whatever rock you were hiding under. No need for derogatory comments about him.

Hit the +QUOTE button next to each post you want to quote, then hit "Add Reply" at the bottom of the page. Bam - multi-quote magic :Dinah:

Bob

I saw him just last month at a blues n roots festival. Music was good, but he was a little disappointing. He doesn't sing anymore, so much as growl, plus he didn't drop too many classics into the set.

But still, it was Bob. Still rocking it at 70! :Dinah:

^I'm glad it's not just me then!

Actually, I don't recall him ever singing that much to begin with ( ) - but he can be a, uh, temperamental live performer, can't he?!!

However, Dylan's probably the only guy from that era who's still making music I can buy into. He's morphed into a troubadour (though, in truth, he was likely one all along) and I've thoroughly enjoyed all his recent albums. I mean I adore the Stones - but they've not made a decent album since 1981's Tattoo You and, like most of their contemporaries, only exist as a 'greatest hits' package (albeit the best) nowadays...

True

Although his singing voice has notably evolved from that nasaly whine into a slightly breathless Tom Waits grizzle. I can't say I'm across his recent stuff much at all, but I've got nothing but respect for the man, and I'm glad to hear he's still getting it done where it counts. My man Tom is another who's still kicking ass in the now.. although Dylan's got a decade on him

There is barely a single post from you- First on the Moon, without a deluded internet attack, uneducated & logically inconsistent rambling, and a misrepresentation (mental confabrication) of some sort. You would probably not have these reactions if the subject at hand was a different one. This area is your character weakness, so to speak.

I've met and spoken to many people of varying worldviews and it's always been interesting to delve into their thoughts & study how they came to be.

So Ophelia, I actually find this conversation interesting-most of it- so it's not really pressure or anything.

I actually saw him live about 10 or 12 years ago - thanks in part to my Dad, who's a self-confessed Dylan freak. He cuts an uncompromising figure live, and didn't play any guitar at all on the night. Instead, he stood over this little upright keyboard which looked rather like he was catching up on his ironing. Still, the records speak for themselves and the gig was something to tell the grandchildren about.

Slowly but surely, I'm getting into some Tom Waits too.

So I was a bit hasty to judge after reading "/b/", so sue me :morning:

Anyway, I decided to "give the kid love" after realising this probably wasn't a troll post.
