I was actually more shocked by the fact that felinoh is a male. Like, seriously? Rarely you happen to see males acting like a 12 year old girls

I like to visit Candice thread because I find her beautiful (sometimes disturbed by her face, acting and gestures ) and I do like her body really much - and I DO ignore most posts and very rarely comment there. I don´t like fanatics and it happens everywhere, in Bar´s place as well. Bloody shit.

Love what Baron said - all our comments here are afterall about real people and members here should not forget about it. I seriously doubt that someone would have the balls to tell most of the things someone writes in anonymity to the model´s face.

^I like Sweet Lu's recently mooted 'checks and balances' system to deleting and warning members - as it's true that personalities can clash and therefore you become "marked" by a mod/admin, for want of a less dramatic sounding description! I felt it happened to me when I first joined, and some of it seemed very one-sided and illogical...

My father was/is a big F1 fan - so I remember watching it from an early age. I guess I just liked the idea of travelling around the world to race, and being in different cities ('Ah, we're in Hungary - I'll have a goulash and a bottle of chilled Tokaji, and that lady in the corner - FOR TOMORROW WE MAY DIE), and all the glamour that entailed. Of course it's a lot more anodyne now, as with most things - and these guys are athletes eating boiled chicken same as everyone in every other sport. Still get the likes of Jessica Michibata though - so it's got some worth in attempting...

And, actually, I don't care for driving all that much. Living in the city I don't even have a car.

Is it common, when living in the city people don´t own a car? Here it´s actually the exact opposite - most people here own a car, some families even two or more (it´s still not THAT common, but some have) and sometimes it´s getting really stuffed...

What do you guys think of "Twitter"?

I agree with Pretty and Baron, still I must admit I´ve been hooked on facebook for some while... but after some time, it got rather boring and now I visit once a month, to check what´s new, answer friends´ messages and check the events that are to happen. But I have always followed one rule - add only friends you know personally (with exception to some BZ friends ), never post too private things and things you don´t want someone to see (logically) and - don´t forget that people generally don´t give a shit about every thing you do. I had a friend who used to post EVERY thing she did, like "I´m going to have a lunch" "yay, the chocolate I just had was so sweet!" and so on... it was... absurd

I use fcb mainly to keep in touch with friends who are abroad and who I don´t see every weekend, it´s always nice to see they are doing well, having children or travelling around... and some of them post wonderful pictures from time to time. One friend is a photograph - amateur but his works are beautiful and I enjoy going through it.

So, I generally consider social sites shitty things, but on the other hand, you can always get the best out of the worst things

I don't see any point in having Twitter when you have fb and from what I know you get the same number of letters to be used both in fb statuses and in tweets I kind of get celebrities having twitter-I mean, singers/musicians and tv show hosts, not actors/actresses though :| they can quickly inform in some changes with their tour dates, music video premieres etc. Then again, you may say the same info on their official websites... hmmm. And you have some celebs answering your questions on Twitter. Some of the people are crazy though, with "omggggg I love you follow me!!1" (really? Why would a world-famous musician want to follow you...?) or insulting stars.

I don't see the point of Twitter just by virtue of the name Twitter along with the fact that the verb has a silly name like "tweeting" and a singular post is a "tweet" wth ? Not to mention that even athletes are affected now. What used to be just trash talk and left in the game is now what scrub players use to get some media attention. "So and so said such and such" Its sports man, take it out in the game or in person, not in your "tweets" ! It is a good way for celebs to counteract false reports of them being dead, married or in a foreign country when they aren't though and no offense to any users of course .

Twitter is a surprisingly sophisticated and powerful tool if you use it for business and networking purposes, and if you're starting an enterprise of some sort, a great way to generate interest through word of mouth. But unless you're in the public eye or you're writing incredibly pithy stuff to a captive audience, I'm not so sure about the merits of having a personal account. You can just as easily use Facebook to write statuses like 'I gotta quit smoking' / 'Oh yeah pie and chips for dinner' / 'I'm having a cigarette'* or to keep in touch with friends and family.

*Author's note - I don't advocate writing that type of thing on Facebook, nor do I ever write it on mine (honest!).
