Jennka is actually one of my favourite people here but as Joe says, she visits on a pretty specific schedule. Whether that really lends itself to doing mod stuff, I'm not sure. If Don is definitely up for it, you can put me down as a yes. He's as affable and as cool-headed as any BZ member I've come across. I'm not familiar with quetzales at all, but a cursory glance at his recent posts suggests a pretty amiable sort. For an 'outside the box' appointment, he might fit the bill.

General 

I also think whoever hires said person or persons directly should consider at least a brief 'what to expect' something or other. It doesn't have to be long or with the purpose of scaring or deterring said person obviously but just an honest take on such things. For example, some may expect special treatment because they are your friend, you will possibly be confronted with a type of rudeness you aren't accustomed to from the site, always feel free to defer to another staff member for help ect.

Regarding Pheno's nomination. 

... She of course has the most argumentative history of the group and can come off as a moody lurker, but seems to have mellowed out some with time. 

What Joe just mentioned is pretty spot on, we have had a lot of member complains about her being rude to other people and people complaining to me personally about not wanting to post in certain places just to simply avoid Pheno. People say rude, aggressive and all sorts of other things about her, so even though she may make a decent mod but I think it will rub too many people the wrong way and hurt BZ more then it would help.

I would have to say no to Pheno. Everyone else I dont know enough about (no news is good news ) so I will stay out of the voting but with Pheno everyone here has had enough past history with I think it should be a no. 

I would say that if perception matters at all - and I think it does - liika should also be out. It would look terrible from the staff's perspective if Maui was replaced by the very member who (indirectly) led to his leaving the staff. Even if this might appear slightly unfair to liika.

^ I agree I have nothing against liika. Besides the interacts we have had involving MK she has been alright However considering recent events, replacing MK w/ her does not seem right. Also, she was recently warned for baiting and attacking another member when been given many opportunities to change her ways. To put her on the staff would send a mix message and imply we condone such behaviors.

I don't think I have explained some of my nominations.

tzdon: Joe mentioned the Actress section needs some help. tzdon seems post in there quite often and also in the Female Models section. And I don't recall us having any issues with him

quetzales: An active poster in the Male Model section. From my quick check on his posts he seems to follow the rules and doesn't start drama.

Katchiup: Pretty mature and logical for her age. She is an active poster in the Female Model forum and in the Leo's threads. She could keep the Leo Hearts & Leo Skeptics in line when they are being nutty. She also seem pretty drama-free.

O.o Pheno hasn't posted in anything other the the SI thread, and before that she posted maybe a couple times in a month, and it was to say thanks for the pics, talk about pregnancy, or ask who a certain model is.

You brought up hips, which pregnancy can change dramatically as it can redistribute fat deposits on the body. Taking that aside I will stand by their inseam is roughly the same length, which is the major measurement in "up and down" proportions.

And that is an entirely different debate. One is in her thirties, has had 2 children whereas the other is in her early twenties and hasn't had any children.

To be perfectly honest neither of them have great proportions. But if the measurements available online for either of them are accurate Alessandra has more balanced proportions, but I'm not really ready to put much stock in that. Either way, they're both lean, with almost no chest or backside. to each their own.

I'm not denying that Behati's legs are longer then Alessandra's, but the correct way to measure leg length is via the inseam. And based on that picture there isn't that big of a difference in their inseam length. The hip has nothing to do with leg length, not to mention you can't see Alessandra's hips fully to see the actual difference.

How do you figure? Their inseam looks roughly the same length, Behati's is maybe an inch or two higher that's it. o.0

That rudeness factor? and the vast majority of her posts over the year have been similar in tone... I guess the ghosts of her past (from 3 years ago still apply though?)

I'm sorry I don't know what people are telling you, but she RARELY posts on BZ because she herself is over the childish drama, and the fact that she has to damn near sugarcoat everything she says because honesty, intelligence and rational thought seem to be things the majority of people on BZ cannot possibly deal with.

I guess at this point it doesn't matter. because despite three of us seeing the positive..... nm

Checked quetzales' account. Nothing alarming. tzdon has about 365 IP addresses and none of which were used to start additional accounts. Checked his 50 most recent IP addresses in depth---they all look ok. Also checked all IP addresses that have a different sequence than the rest and any IP that has been used more than 25 times---they all look ok. His ISP and location are all consistent (Y)

Yes.

I have no idea to be honest, though I will say if he's saying no, it's for no good reason. At least that's how I'm seeing it.

1. Pheno rarely says anything, so I'm not sure how in the past couple years he could of gotten reports about her, unless he's listening to what other people have to say without doing any research on his own to find out the truth.

2. She's done nothing wrong to warrant such distrust and dislike.

3. I still think she's the most qualified to deal with the mellow drama that will follow.

So regardless if my vote counts for something, nothing, I still have that vote.
