Perhaps is Dominocity a poster named Refaelishop who got banned? I remember the latter from back in the day and this Domino person acts the same way...
Now that I think about it, I wouldn't be surprised. I will take investigate on this soon

The whole constantly posting pics from bus stops. Saying things that'll obviously annoy people. I just went into Refaeli's thread for the first time in a long long time and as soon as I read a couple of Domino's posts I recognized this person immediately.

All three members linked to dominocity were previously banned:
ienergy - Bar fan. Warned 3x by 3 different staffs member for baiting, bashing, and directing insult & profane language against a staff member.
mypicture.co.il - Bar fan. Warned for baiting and trolling (multiple accounts - linked to refaelishop)
refaelishop - Bar fan. Warned 4x for baiting and posting pornographic materials
I think it is safe to say all four are the same person

Just had a quiet word with the user SuicideBrunette about soliciting for a TFS membership in GenTalk. Hopefully, she takes heed.
I also had a talk with them, because they created some duplicate model threads and I told them to please use the search thing before creating a thread and she said okay.
Now she is creating new model threads, but she isnt posting any stats or information ( as in modeling agency, etc.) in their threads, so I also told her to try to do that as well

That is interesting, I guess it wasn't just me then. I used to post as Bast but that name stopped working for me as well. For two months I tried to access the forums like I normally had before, and I got nothing but an error page. Then finally about a week ago I tried pulling up the forums and it worked, only anytime I tried to login under my name it would then give me the same error page. So needless to say, I made a new account, and now the forums work for me most of the time, unless it's the middle of the night (my time). I wonder what is going on, and if this happened to anybody else? Anyway, this is obviously my new name as well, and I am very glad to be back, because I missed out on many amazing new updates with all of my favorite models, Martha being at the top of that list. I guess that was the silver lining in all of this, getting weeks worth of updates all at once for all the models I follow.
^ I have insights & additional info about this but I have been working at Marathon events since early this AM. I am feeling dead tired 
I also have a minor medical procedure tomorrow. Just hold off on this for now. Thanks!

I am always careful and considerate not to copy a previous post. I may have made some mistakes I was not aware of. I sent a reply to Luis, reassuring him that souf is not in fact an admin (if in doubt, always ask to see a badge ). Also PMed souf asking him to stop contacting members directly about things he doesn't like the look of, and to report any issues to a member of staff in future.

I say 'old school BZ jerk' because there's nothing subjective or potentially misunderstood about it, just straight forward one and thus I skipped the unofficial warning and just gave him a two week suspension, warning and pm. If he chooses to heed and read the rules in that time, good. If he decides not to come back or read them, we lose nothing. If he comes back doing the same, we know where to go from there.

Hello! You gave me a "warning" pack in 2012 and I was hoping that you would please remove it. It was for supposedly having duplicate accounts but that actually never happened, I have only ever had this one. I'm not sure what happened back then that made it look like I had more than one -- I know that at one point I attempted to change usernames, but it didn't work out. I was suspended for 5 days and the system wouldn't even let me respond to the warning to explain this at the time. If you could be so kind as to remove the warning I would really appreciate it. Thanks so much.

^ If I remember correctly she had more than 2 additional accounts but I don't have the document I made of all the multiple accounts we have banned b/c I am at work. Also all her accounts had a similar style of posting---that was how we figured out she had more than one account.

^ He was exhibiting troll-like behaviors and when we checked his account we discovered was using a proxy. That's my understanding of the situation. Maybe some other staff member has more to add? 
What exactly constitutes trolling around here? And why is using a proxy, or even using multiple accounts an instant ban situation, rather than the warning/mod watch protocol?
In addition to general trolling like baiting, bashing and flaming, it also involves multiple accounts, concealing relevant info about yourself and/or falsifying your identity.
Using a proxy isn't against the rule but if it is a proxy that is flagged as a SPAM source or is inconsistent with the member's other IP information, that is when we investigate. As for multiple accounts, it is self-explanatory why there is a one account per person policy, no?
The only time we do instant bans are with spammers. Other than that we usually investigate first. Using Bast as an example, there were reports about him exhibiting suspicious behaviors. We looked into his account and monitored his behavior for awhile until we banned him. In other words he was not instantly banned 
Another good example is LMS. It took us about a year before banning her. She was contacted numerous times by different staff members about her multiple accounts and basic rule violations. We gave her many opportunities to improve her behavior but she refused. I think she even told someone we wouldn't ban her b/c she is popular
Even if someone does have more than once account, as long as they provide a logical reason, apologize and never do it again, we let it slide. FashionDream is a perfect example. We found out she had another account, we asked her about it, she admitted to it, apologized for her misjudgment and promised to never do it again. She is still here and everything is all good with her
