Here's my vote and two cents for the Girls and Guys of Bellazon. Because the staff was more involved with the members around 04-07, there's been a huge decline in the threads since that time. If I'm not mistaken, I don't think anyone who's registered since 08 has one (guys like Michael*, donbot ect. would have been shoe ins before for example). And that's largely due to the staff not being as familiar with the members as before as well as PIPing being so much more rampant now than ever, 10,000 posts used to mean something 
. To where if you didn't know said member you assumed they had a lot of solid contributions (or at least commentary/conversation contribution) to have that many posts, but now there's so much PIPing its harder to separate one from the other . But anyway ...
My vote is...
1. Let Sweet Lu start a thread for little miss sunshine - he asked and she pretty much follows the rules and is widely considered one of the most helpful, positive and well contributing members.
2. If she gets one, then I'd vote that vanessaaa should have one too. In that case, I say Limerlight can start it.
3. In that case, I say Limerlight should have one too as he's expressed a desire for one in the past, follows the rules ect. So I'd let vanessaaa start it.
4. Berno is another one I think deserves one. He's always followed the rules and been helpful. So whenever the next time Laffy's around it would be great if she could start him one.
5. Also, if JoeKnight wants one maybe Julia could start it when she's around, though he may not want one until he gets back more regularly since he isn't arund atm.
That's my two cents on that

I dont mind letting the more active members start the treads for whom they feel its appropriate as they know better then I who deserves it.

Joe > Average - Hello. It appears that pretty much all of your posts include hotlinked images even though you have been warned several times. Hotlinking is against the rules of Bellazon because it is bandwidth theft and adds to the server bill of the leached site. Your posting is now disabled until you answer this message to indicate that this is clear to you. If you continue this practice without regard for the warnings afterwards, you will likely be suspended or banned. Simply upload the pictures to a free imagehost site or our attachments as an alternative.
JuicyVixen - this is my own server so i dont understand how this can be leaching if it is my server!
Joe > Average - I'm sure most people that hotlink aren't hotlinking from their own server, so its against the rules because we have no way of distinguishing or proving one from the other 
. Not to mention you seem to post off topic pics at times for the purpose of advertising said site which is a penalty in itself 
. But you've hotlinked from more than one site...are you claiming to own them all?

Joe > Average - You know, but we have no way of knowing. Hotlinking is against the rules here and every hotlinker can say its their site. But either way, we know that you just want t adverise said sites and using this site for free advertising is its own problem. Your contributions are appreciated, but the deal is going to be if you want to post here, just let your username be advertisement enough and upload pics to attachments, imageshac, tinypic, photobucket, imagebam ect.
JuicyVixen - maybe we can start a partnership. I will give you 25% of all the income generated from your site using our image host.
imageshac, tinypic, photobucket, imagebam are great hosts but you are just making them money. Lets make a partnership and I will pay you 25% of all the income your site makes by using our image host instead of the others. imageshac, tinypic, photobucket, imagebam are making lots of money from your site. Why not make the money instead of them!
One of the features I want to add to BZ *someday...* is auto pulling from those sites to upload it to our own, not because I want to make more money (because it usually costs more for the bandwidth then the few additional clicks provide in ad money) but because I dont like going through old threads and seeing all the images dead 
. I have to get to this someday but as you all know i can be a slacker
How about creating a forum for Fashion "Photographers" and/or "Videographers"? There should be a forum in the Guys Section and one for the Babes Section as well. There are several photographers/videographers who are quite well known, in some cases, famous and iconic, for their outstanding work with filming models/fashion, that could have active threads in such a forum. Examples: Bruce Weber, Mariano Vivanco, Jeremy Kost, San Scott Schiavo, Jeff Slater, Kai Z Feng, and Didio.
Honoring the photographers/videographers is way overdue. After all, they are largely responsible for our favorite models look great and, in some cases, making them household names.
Sry guys, I know I have been away for a bit. I just started a new job and its been pretty hecktic. I think this week should be a bit more mellow and I shall be around a bit more.
On the up side I got some monitoring implemented from 100 locations around the world

1. Could you make it so that PIP thread posts don't show up in the "new posts" area.
2. Could you make a separate subforum in General Talk for PIP threads? If you just make the area itself I'll do the moving of the threads.
3. Could you do that thing for Model ID where waving the mouse around the topic shows the first post pic in a little box (not sure what the technical term for it is but some forums do that I think).

1. Could you make it so that clicking on a subscribed thread in "My Topics" takes you to the last post opposed to the first post . Clicking the last page button freezes my computer most of the time and I'm sure most if not all would rather go to the last than first post anyway .
Keep in mind I'm not highly technical (aside from Excel, Power Point and Word ), so I can't really gage the magnitude of these requests on your end 
, but I figured it doesn't hurt to ask especially seeing as how you doubled my pm capacity so easily .

Remind me of these few things once we do the upgrade. For sure I can tell you that #3 will be implemented in our new release of BZ. #1 and 2 I shall look into once we make the switch as there are quite a bit of differences on the new system.
We should just eliminate and delete all pip threads. It a dumb and silly concept thats not adding anything to the quality of the forum.
So, there is a forum for photographers...buried. 
How about making this forum more prominent? Surely photographers are more important than the position of their forum suggests.
Yeah, but since you said one should be created I figured it was worth mentioning that its been created, so I guess if the admins decide to move it that's the easiest part ...
Just letting you all know we may finally get some programming stuff done in BZ! I have a phone meeting tonight and a physical meeting over the weekend to start getting the ball rolling on quite a few ideas I have had forever floating in my head but with never enough time to get it done. I have ultimately decided to simply spend the money to get it done, whatever it may take. So hopefully over the next month or two I can show you a sneak preview of BZ 2.0 (or is it 3.0? or 4 ).
Any ideas/suggestions of what you would like to see would be appreciated
I know our biggest problem is the spam problem right now, but I have been getting messages from fans of Bar Refaeli's page and they have been asking me to delete posts from people they consider annoying. They also want me to ban certain members and we all know we can't just do that. Here is what some people PM'd me:
Hi LadyHow's it going? As you can probably tell the Bar thread has gone to hell lol. Anyways i'm on a mission to really try to clean it up because i actually am starting to not like visiting that thread at all. Too be honest i went a week and a half not viewing that thread and i'm a big Bar fan lol. I just posted again and it seems it took a turn for the worse.
I mean i notice that most of the people there like Leo and Bar etc etc. I'm a huge fan of them both too however.. it gets annoying when i feel the need to keep defending them when people insult them etc. I know i can just ignore that but to me the best solution would be to just ban any talk about leo at all because even though i don't mind talking about them it just invites arguments when people bring there negativity which really makes the thread unbareable at times. Like for example i just posted something to kind of not allow one of the haters to start a debate but i wish i didn't have to do that.
Like there should be no talk about whether leo and Bar are getting married, or if she's pregnant, or that leo and Bar don't make a good couple for whatever reason blah blah. Or where they are going next . What i mean is those personal opinions that are just mere speculation.
I think Bar's thread should just be people posting news that deal directly with Bar and peoples opinions should just be like oh she looks beautiful, or thanking the person for their post. Not oh Leo is not in that pic that must mean they broke up or where is leo, or i hope Leo and Bar will get photographed together soon etc etc.
I mean i'm definately guilty in regards to the speculation bit but its gotten to the point where now everyone does not appear on the same page and just too much conflict is resulting.
I mean if you or one of the other mods can enforce the no posting about leo i can defiantely live with that.
Tell me what you think and i'll try to talk to the other members who i am friendly with about it to.
I notice that Bellazon seems to be a thread really dedicated to MODELS so by keeping Bar's thread free from all that extra stuff would seem to really benefit. I know alot of the people like talking about Leo and Bar's relationship but maybe we can have that talk strictly in the lEONARDO Dicaprio thread because the people who care strictly about Bar's work would not visit that thread so i think it benefits everyone in the end.
Also i was wondering if you could do a thread clean up... there are certain posts that are there that are just unnecessary like for example can you possibly clean up any talk about leo from the last 5 pages(including my posts of course). I mean posting of pics of Bar with leo is obviously fine but the extra banter does not seem necessary. Then maybe we can forget everything that happened and we can just move on.
I don't know these are all suggestions... please tell me what you think.

Ugh... The Bar thread has become even worse than some of the Adriana threads were a few years ago.
Perhaps we should enforce a zero-tolerance policy for a couple of months in that thread? Anything not directly connected to Bar or her job gets deleted. A lot of the arguments and flaming seems to start whenever someone posts something (truthful or not) about her relationship with Leonardo Di Caprio.
I think creating a separate thread will just shift the problem elsewhere.

Just a random question, how are we supposed to textlink when imageshack deletes such pictures in like two minutes ? Is there some other host that you can link to? It seems a lot of them have a nudity or 'inappropriate pictures' policy of some kind. *edit* Okay, imagevenue has a "select content type" option, though I hear they have porn spam 
.
As to the Bar thing, I don't know what the answer is for that thread . I can't count the posts I've edited there and those edited by those before and during and it seems like an immovable object somehow. I personally think the fans are a part of the problem. Some of the fans are so overly sensitive that some things that would be ignored in the average thread are the end of the world for them. Though of course, the main problem is the Leo dynamic as the issue of the relationship is of course most of the problem, so I guess in a way a separate topic may transfer the problem, though I guess if it were its own topic it wouldn't be off topic there .

I wanted to create a thread for 70's and 70's inspired images, however with the 70's come nudity (a lot of it). Several years ago Ronin gave Pheno permission to make a contest with nudity as long as this was in the Topic Description: - WARNING: thread contains NUDITY & SEXUALLY explicit material.Would it be ok to use it again so people can actually put up pics that might show a little something extra without getting in trouble?
