Thought you might want to see this, in the light of a quite wonderful day in this part of the south coast of the UK ( )!

Whilst, of course, I'm not advocating any of this I'd like you to know it's all kicked off again this afternoon! Thankfully, the game was at Southampton...

Don't be jealous. Metric were great but the atmosphere really spoiled it when I saw them; It was outdoors and rainy with an unresponsive crowd. Emily deserves love too!!! Will they be travelling your way anytime soon?

I'll have to hope and pray that they do when the next album comes out. I don't even mind if it's Metric or The Soft Skeleton, I'm not fussy

Nothing exciting to talk about. Just the same old stuff at the moment. Started working somewhere new and I'm not sure I like it so I might need to start applying for jobs elsewhere

Hey ed it seems like as I watch soccer, maybe because I don't know that much, but it seems like every team is super talented. I guess as you learn more you see the gap more I guess. Maybe because of my size how I admire long distance and the prospect in this case of running all that field for that long and when they go the whole field and have to start all over :evil: .

^Still ongoing. Portsmouth went into administration rather than liquidation, but now the high courts are even challenging that decision too - which is rather akin to saying would you rather have your arm chopped off or your leg? Irrespective, I think the best possible outcome as things stand would be second-tier football next season (whatever the name of that league will be by then!) But it remains a scary time for fans...

So do all your competitive games still count for points? I heard from a friend that they won't, though it doesn't make sense to me and I don't really trust him
