Aw, I would like to see you have it honey.   Merry Christmas, dear

I think with your blonde hair a brown and tanned jacket would suit you better.   Black jackets work better with people with dark hair (I would know.. )

Women's leather jackets tend to be cut off at the waist so they'd be not worn that often especially now with the weather..

Here's my vicarious gift to you. I'd imagine that you'd look nice in it.     Burberry London leather trench coat.  You'd have to wear a scarf though.

Aw, sorry to hear that. As kind as your offer is I think i'll pass. So I just exchanged a few texts with my mum which made me laugh. Take a look see what you think

Now correct me if I am wrong. But has my mum just recommended that I should in actual fact be drinking on a daily basis. Its a wonder how I managed to turn out the way I did with sound advice like that

^Still not the kind I'm looking for but I bet their trench coats are worth their price. I'll probably never know, though

Oh layla, your time will come.

This is the style I was talking about with the tubed arm pads:

What kind of jacket or coat do you have in mind?   Personally, I like tightly fitted trench coats on women the best and find them quite sexy.  With leather, I prefer coats rather than jackets.

I was thinking about a 'biker' jacket. Simple one, without these tubed arm pads

And ahhhhhhhhhh I just realized I know where (which shopping mall) that picture of Anja was taken

^ more like that one, yes but could have had a stand-up collar as well.

Also, this is totally random, but I read today that Albert Hammond jr. from The Strokes married a Polish woman. After I read her name, I realized I saw her in one of the Vogue UK issues back from 2009! She was featured in a street style section as one of the 'more or less random' (I guess) people. I remembered her because she was wearing outfit that I would gladly wear as well. And I thought she was pretty and thought "well no wonder since she's Polish"

Anyway, it is also strange that now when I google the news, Polish websites report that Albert married a 'waitress', as if she was still one

Also, Wojciech Kilar died yesterday... may his soul rest in peace and his legacy (music) live with us forever.

Here's the link to the shopping mall.  So she's in your city?  How's the shopping experience?

There are websites devoted to figuring out what celebrities wear.  The identifications I sought for Freja's jacket were various, and every link I clicked on sent me to an improbable vendor.  :0

Haha who could follow. I don't know if she's in Warsaw NOW, probably not. I happened to saw her once but it wasn't in a shopping mall.

I know! I am impressed by people who can identify such things easily... and kind of surprised at those who get certain items sold out within a few hours just because Kate Middleton wore them. Such was the case of her ZARA necklace a few weeks ago, the one she wore for "Mandela" screening.

Around the time "Gossip Girl" started and had great ratings, girls would also buy clothes featured in the series as soon as possible. I remember I read that the dress Blair wore in season 1 episode 2 was one of the most popular Marc Jacobs dresses... as well as a yellow coat she had on in season 2. Supposedly it was ZARA but I wouldn't be so sure about it...

I meant, you said that you identified the shopping mall.  By implication, you had visited it before.  How is it?  You know, I find it an oxymoron to see top high fashion models shopping in pedestrian stores and so forth.  I think they'd get many free clothes from luxury designers who'd love to see their wares being photographed and spread by fashion photographers.  Anja's husband, for instance, is carrying a bag from the Foot Locker.

Yeah I've been to that mall plenty times before. It's the biggest one in my city, its name is Arkadia. Anyway I would say it's a bit less 'pedestrian', that is, it's got some more luxurious stores as well. I quite like it.

Anja may be a supermodel for 'our times' but she's no Cindy or Naomi, so even though I'd say she's the most recognizable model here, if somebody isn't into modelling/doesn't read about models in magazines it would be easy to pass them by? No, then again she'd stand out being tall than an average model...

I guess they get many clothes free but it's still nice to go (window)shopping, plus it seems like models masdtered the art of mixing designer items with vintage and clothing from shops like Zara or H&M.

Ah, I see.  It is a large mall.  Looks nice.  What do you like?:

So Anja is the #1 Polish model?  Does she appear on TV talk shows and such?  I did start doing her full review and I noticed that she cut her hair very short sometime around 2005-2007.  Now it's long again, just like it was before.

Top models all seem to have massive wardrobes and a great deal of interest in such things.   I am well acquainted with Soho and other places with a lot of models walking around and for the most part, they do stand out due to their body proportions and age.

Window shopping will always remind me of 'Breakfast at Tiffany's':

Yeah, it is the biggest one here but I guess it's probably only 1/5 of the biggest malls in the world what do I like? What do you mean, like which brands or...?

She definitely is. A few years ago I'd feel like it's stupid that she's so successful and isn't recognized, now due to gossip sites' interest in her she's really popular. Ok, well, she's not a great target for tabloids but those websites helped her get recognition, I guess. But it was followed after her appearance in "Poland's Next Top Model" and ~faux rivalry~ between her and Joanna Krupa. She also designed a shoe collection for one of the shoe brands (which, come to think about it isn't doing well these days...) and has been a spokesperson (with her husband) for the most popular Polish jewellery company APART for a few seasons now. She also appears in this tv morning show in the tv channel that broadcasted "Poland's Next Top Model" for at least a few times a year...

As for her cutting her hair, I'm not sure if it was her or her agent's idea but after she got a new haircut she got more modelling offers, so it worked out well for her.

As for this Audrey photo, I feel like this is the first time I can see her eyes through the lenses? Maybe I never paid attention to that before but it always looked to me like the lenses are so dark you cannot see her eyes through them.

It made me laugh when they said she’ll be taking Albert’s name (including the ‘junior’ part ), but it’s a shame if you think about it. How often does one get the chance to marry a girl whose surname sounds almost exactly like the name of your band? It’s like if Paul McCartney married someone called 'Beatlesa'.
