Yeah, more staff meetings would be great. I know how to use the panel though, but I don't think anyone noticed the changes I made anyway such as the ability to see results first and still be able to vote ect.

One more little things that are not really important regarding to all the things we talked about but Having a real banner for BZ

will be nice. And I am pretty sure the Invision Power Board has update forthe forum skin/layouts/colors? BZ is a great forum and certainly the best one on the net (TFS can DIAF!) but it's kind of bland when it comes to the design. We have a lot of members with great talent when it comes to make design and that will be nice to have some of them making a new banner for BZ. We could even do a banner contest with a dead line for the votes? And a theme for the banner to be sure that everybody agree with it? (what, model/actress/etc)

Sounds like a good idea as long as the model isn't someone with a strong hate base. Though I'm not big into Valentina, she works well I think since one side likes her, some are indifferent and others are meh and those like me that go back and forth between kindof like and meh, but very few just hate her (unlike Adriana, Laetitia, Alessandra, Kate, Izabel, Candice ect.). Maybe a competition in General talk or something would work. Only the process would likely need to be see which ones he approves and then probably vote from those.

Well, lets just say, I've yet to find a fruit I didn't like (with the exception of eating lemons straight up of course, though it still makes awesome juice). I'm working on another list 'Most Underrated Movies' of the last 5-10 Years' but my perspective there might be skewed slightly by my love for independant and made for TV movies . Anyone have any ideas or perspective there though? I started to make a 'Biggest Disappointments' but it would be hard to do that without spoilers and I hate spoilers . Well, I guess Transformers wouldn't be a spoiler since the fact that they've reduced them to being the backdrop for some really lame guy instead of the actual focus is evident in the commercials...Anyway, any opinions there would be appreciated .

The first movie that springs to mind when I think underrated is State and Main (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0120202/)

I just love that movie. It's just a really charming, quirky satirical movie with a fantastic ensemble cast, but so few people who I've asked have heard of it, let alone seen it

Christopher Guest movies (Best in Show, A Mighty Wind, Waiting For Guffman, For Your Consideration) probably don't really qualify, since they're so well loved by a lot of people, but they don't get the recognition they deserve.

I don't have any plans on seeing Part 3 . I was tricked into seeing the first one just by my interrest in the subject itself and just kindof hoped against hope that part 2 would be better, but this is the end of the line . I've been hurt just too many times . Well, I might catch it if it comes on tv at a party or something . Yeah, well case in point with me since I haven't heard of any of those . I'll see where I can see them though and yeah, I figured one (in my sig) was likely to be mispelled .

Actually, I guess spoilers are only in the commentary, so I might as well jump out there with my biggest disappointments...It kills me of course to not give commentary, so I'll give ratings (5 star scale) in place of commentary since they have ratings on the cable info, thought the ratings don't coincide with said disappointment or level of enjoyment as I try to be objective and I like some movies I'd give one star. The disappointment is a combination of general hype plus my prior expectations.

The things will be to decide the size of the banner, what to write on it and then have people voting for a theme?

A pinned competition in the general talk will be good yes. The banner could stay up for 3 month then we will vote for the next one?

It's just idea and with all the things that need to be done the banner project could wait a little bit I guess?

Well stay away from Transformers 3 then. If you didn't like the previous ones, particularly 2, you won't like 3.

I think we only have 2 needs atm (fixing the report button and allowing new members to register) and the wants are all equal. If someone starts the thread now, I'll pin it . This one was here when I got here, so I don't know who put it up or whether he's sentimentally attatched to it or not. On the other hand, a particularly good one could influence the decision of course. Hopefully miss and VSCatherine take part too. Some of your competitors might want to consider small too since it has its own merit. By that I mean, the current one doesn't do anything for me but its easy to ignore. If its big and I hate it, its then impossible to ignore. Of course, all famous women are dislked by some, only if they aren't the type to spin heated debates ect. and don't have as many uber fans, members are less likely to be suffocated even more by being forced to look at them every time they login. Also, since the owner is a man, gender neutral colors would probably be the best way to go to. I'm looking forward to submiting mine and taking you all on though and my the best win, but I'm sure all will be nice .

No need to start a thread for the banner now. I mean it something that must be done by mod and not by members. And mods must set the rules and start a polls they will be the only ones to close after the dead line.

Here are the rule of the banner contest on another forum/ just an example

1)The banner must be 971x208 in size and must include the board's name and URL.

2) You are free to use any celebrity you'd like, male, female, or combination of the two.

3) Please limit your entries to no more than 4 so other members entries don't get lost.

4) No nudity allowed.

If you'd like to make an entry simply post your banner in this thread.

On July 24th I'll start a poll so members can vote on the winners.

We will pick 3 winners, the 3 with the most votes will have their banners displayed for a month

Lol, If we had Kate on the logo, I'm sure we'd get complaints from Kate-Haters, and Sandra is barely known and looks rather young/child-ish. Especially in her lingerie pics...

(Not hating on her though, I like her.. It justs freaks me out when people are all "She should be a VS model/SI model."

She looks 15 still in most pics. Kinda distubing. VS Pink, maybe? But anything else to do with VS, which is mainly nightwear/lingerie.. It's a no-no for me. )

TBH, the logo we have is okay as it is, that and I don't even notice it. So..
