In a perfect world I'd love to say i'll be back on BZ on a more regular basis. However life still pretty busy for myself. I am a bit up in the air at the moment. Trying to relocate myself to London. (got myself a job in London now. Which I am mighty relieved about) Exciting times indeed although a tad nerve racking to say the least. In fact in less then half an hour I am rushing off to see yet another flat. Hopefully sooner rather then later my life will be a little more settled and I can participated in the shenanigans of BZ
But for now, Hope all is well ![]()

Hey B, I´m back from my trip lol - how did you spend your Easter holidays? Do you by any chance celebrate it?
I do not ![]()

It seems that I´m no-traditional girl at all. My ideal Christmas or Easter holidays are the ones spend in woods, lol. Is it just me or has it really gotten all-so-commercial and less traditional? What do you think?

^I'm always wary of turning Behati's thread into a manifesto - I've seen some 'drum-banging' and 'sabre-rattling' on other model's ones and it's a little unsavoury. :yuckky: Here, however, I can say what I bloody well want - and Behati is the best at pulling that PINK stuff off!I also think Chanel stays on the right side of cute (both I think, however, have that naturally) whilst Magda, who I wouldn't have pegged for PINK in a million years, pulls it off admirably too. Plus Marloes, of course...
Maybe it will come with time (Elsa is certainly in this for the long-run now), or maybe I'm just bitter that my favourite has been replaced - I wouldn't put it past my subconscious(!), but those shots look kind of forced and kind of not-cute! :|
Did Jessica Hart recently get into Pink? I'm kind of surprised to see her there.
I liked her Guess stuff circa 2009' and her bikini modeling.

^I think in the majority of cases it's a mere lip-service to the religious aspect, and more the enjoyment/relief at having a few days off. And who's to argue - I'm a good Catholic boy of course, so I didn't celebrate it at all!Hey B, I´m back from my trip lol - how did you spend your Easter holidays? How any of it translates into the dark chocolate ginger truffle eggs I'm currently enjoying though is anyone's guess...

^I believe she is a recent addition to the PINK stable, they said as much - making a play on her surname - at her first shoot for them a few months ago. I'm not so fussed on her, she's OK. When it comes to current Aussies at VS, I was more impressed at the 'swim' pictures of Elyse Taylor - especially as a brunette.Did Jessica Hart recently get into Pink? I must say that I like Jessica in SI and 'Seafolly' and she reminds me of Tori Praver. They're both good on the beach. But as far as PINK modeling ability goes I don't think she's as good as Behati or Magdalena. If you read her thread, it seems to me that she only manages to land decent roles intermittently. During fashion week, she attends but barely walks.
She is also a pretty active socialite, so I wonder if she and her sister (also a model) are like Cara & Poppy.
^Jessica's got a fantastic body, but to me she has so little charm or charisma - especially in comparison to Tori, who's a natural.
I can't really get past 'the gap' either ![]()
So I just saw this trailer:
Objectively, it looks entertaining. But why the fuck do they keep laying their hands on these classics? ![]()
Seriously, how many absolute iconic stay-with-you-for-life moments did that movie have? How many you reckon the remake will have?

No chance ![]()

It´s always about the eggs... ![]()
I agree that most people seem to enjoy the actual few days off work
which is logical. In my family we never celebrated the Easter in the religious kind of way (my best friend did), it was just always about food and beating women ![]()

I lived in London for two years and quickly realised that there's so much to do there and no way of affording any of it!
It's nice to see you back though, however briefly - and to think you could be 'Our Man On The Street' come the next LFW... Are you commuting at the moment then?
Yes moving to the "Big Smoke" because thats where all the Cool Cats live :blueeyedbaby:
I've yet to start my job. ( A company that takes photographs and create brochures for estate agents) They have kindly put it on hold until I find a place to stay. So can't really tell you how its going. I am just in a mad rush to find a place. Yeah i'm expecting most of my income to be going to flat bills, with the occasional treat. However I have a wonderful social group in London. Don't need much money to share a few laughs with them. Not entirely sure what you are referring to when you say "man on the street" or LFW for that matter ![]()
So have you been keeping your nose out of trouble? ![]()

^Actually, I don't mind 'the gap' - but I'm with you in that she hasn't enthralled me in any way as yet... For me (in model terms anyway - I'm not claiming to be blind to beauty) personality goes a long way.^Jessica's got a fantastic body, but to me she has so little charm or charisma - especially in comparison to Tori, who's a natural.I can't really get past 'the gap' either

There is no good reason at all for this film. It was big budget at the time, and effects-heavy - so you can't claim it needed a remake.

'LFW' is 'London Fashion Week'! Honestly, they should confiscate your Bellazon membership card!
I meant maybe you could be there during that time and catch some models with a big net or something... ![]()
Whereabouts in London are you looking to stay? I saw on Jennka's thread that you have a prospective flatshare.

It´s a tradition here in Slovakia (and I think in several other European countries?) - it´s called šibačka. Guys go from house to house, either crop the girls with water or - those more extreme ones - just throw them into the nearest pond or river, and, well, beat them with sticks (so they stay healthy, have healthy children and won´t turn into spinsters) - damn DOES that sound brutal ![]()
The traditionally "beating sticks" look like this:

it´s called korbáč

it´s even worse
. After the water thing and beating, women - or rather girls - are obliged to give them money, eggs or any other food or drink ![]()
It sounds horrible but is actually quite fun... of course guys won´t beat the girls too strongly, (although I´ve experienced some good beatings) and sometimes they just crop them with little perfumme and that is all
depends on place and mood ![]()
Guys really love this tradition.... girls not
but they are always proud when there are lots of boys who "lashed" them - it means the girl is popular and most likely to marry someone soon
it has old roots in history... and is quite interesting - and popular tradition ![]()
^Jennka o_O
That's so strange ![]()
Do the guys make the 'beating sticks' themselves? They look like awesome cat toys.
Happy Friday 13th by the way!
A fitting reprise.. ![]()

As a Star Wars fan, how do you feel about renaming the series as a six parter opposed to the new ones being prequels? It seems there's varying opinioins on that
.

I bet it descends into debauchery half the time...

That bloody cat!
I hadn't realised the date until then either... Curiously, back home it's Tuesday the 13th that's a bad omen.
^Well Lucas started all that off with the re-release of Star Wars (A New Hope) just prior to the release of The Empire Strikes Back. Before that there was no 'Part IV' business... I think, with it's genesis in the saturday-morning serials of Flash Gordon et al. that it was a good thing. I remember always wanting to know what Parts I, II and III were all about as a kid, and hoping that one day they would happen. As a Star Wars fan, how do you feel about renaming the series as a six parter opposed to the new ones being prequels? That all turned to shit though, didn't it?!

Interesting. This might be a stupid question, but did they change the titles of the Friday the 13th movies in the local releases? ![]()

^Sadly, yes!I hope to change that soon...

It's still a wonder how I manage to keep up appearance so to speak with my lack of knowledge of the industry
Although naturally these moments are getting less and less.
I am hoping to live in Brixton for three reasons. Firstly, this is where my work is based, so that is always going to be very handy. Secondly, It's also quite central, so easy to travel around. to various parts of London. I was originally from South West London, so it's an area I know pretty well. Although saying that, it's scary how many times i've just had to take a few moments to reassure myself that I am going in the right direction
Especially with the underground routes. (five years away and i could be classed as a foreigner
) Thirdly, Ive always liked the cultured background Brixton has. With the interesting characters you get in the area. As well as the independent stores/cafe etc etc
Yeah flat share is the way forward, I simply can't afford it an other way. So whilst looking at potential flats, I am also making sure I get on with the room mates that I would be living with. Preferably I would like to live with a few people and a mix group of boys and girls would be great. Just to keep a nice balance.
So do I get the Barons seal of approval ![]()

I feel a bit differently- I like Jessica Hart's friendly Fox-face and her gap teeth. In fact, I think her gap teeth are better than Lara Stone's.
As a model, she's not the best but not bad, either. She doesn't have much range and doesn't get booked too much. As for Tori, her body is superior to Jessica's...in fact, it's among the most athletic of the models here. She has a great beach body. But I'm less a fan of Tori's face because somehow I get flashbacks to how old has-been trophy wives often look..the details are hard for me to put into exact words. :-p :

Well, yeah, pretty much ![]()
. Have you read any of the books? I already did the adult entertainment ones, so I couldn't help but address the everyday man
. I was just curious what you thought about these.
Squirrel - for the female sex organs. Pretty much anything that associates animals with human sexuality is odd to me.
She's 'all woman' - usually in reference to being questioned about an underage girl. I can't say I lose any sleep over the idea that someone a 20 year old I don't know is sleeping with a 16 year old I don't know, but I hate that phrase anyway. They sound more like they're trying to convice themselves than the person they're talking to.
Nice peice of a** - its not that I don't like butts myself, but it makes the 'peice of meat' cliche kindof come to life.
T*****s - the extended term for t**s has always been a strange sounding word to me. Maybe because it sounds like an absure children's cereal or something.
Burst a nut - I always thought it was an odd term for the male orgasm as it hurts enough being kicked there, but for it to be busted seems unbearable to me.
