^Yes, I did. Personally I liked 'Gunbird'! Good to hear that Lynn and Michael will be appearing in it too.Baron, have you managed to catch the recently released Partridge movie trailer yet? I think when it comes out, I'm going to drive to Dundee in my bare feet to see it and eat toblerones - not the small ones, the medium sized ones!
Oh, and Michael*, I saw that there's a British/French version of The Bridge in the works now, taking place in the Channel Tunnel! ![]()
Also, saw the 'Ice Warriors' in the new Doctor Who trailer. Good! (Y)

Ah yes, I remember hearing about a possible Anglo-French Bridge remake when the original was in full swing, but after the USA/Mexico one with Diane Kruger was announced, I assumed it no longer had legs. It'll be interesting to see how they plan on overcoming the language barrier, though. I guess the view won't be quite as spectacular either, what with Folkestone and Calias presumably providing the backdrop. Is it weird that I'm currently picturing Eric Cantona as Rohde’s French equivalent? ![]()
Very excited about the upcoming new Whos as well. I think this series has been a bit of a mixed bag up to now, but it's always worth watching. Rumours seem to be flying about again that Matt Smith will be departing soon... ![]()

Good sir! Just dropping in to see how all is fairing on your side of the hill ![]()
Any eye-catching moments as of late?

^My 'side of the hill'? Well, me and Joe went cheese-rolling on it but left penny somewhere near the top and it's all been downhill since then...
Pretentious 'til the end! ![]()
“Oh, help me in my weakness”
I heard the drifter say
As they carried him from the courtroom
And were taking him away
“My trip hasn’t been a pleasant one
And my time it isn’t long
And I still do not know
What it was that I’ve done wrong”
Well, the judge, he cast his robe aside
A tear came to his eye
“You fail to understand,” he said
“Why must you even try?”
Outside, the crowd was stirring
You could hear it from the door
Inside, the judge was stepping down
While the jury cried for more
“Oh, stop that cursed jury”
Cried the attendant and the nurse
“The trial was bad enough
But this is ten times worse”
Just then a bolt of lightning
Struck the courthouse out of shape
And while ev’rybody knelt to pray
The drifter did escape

^I don't think I've ever heard your opinion on this contreversial issue...KARLIE KLOSS!
Do you like her? (don't worry, I won't get mad if you don't :halo: )
Actually I quite like her, I'm not a huge fan or anything but I think she can throw shapes better than the rest of them and I quite like tall skinny girls. I'm not entirely sure why she's engendered all this (as you say) controversy - other than she was chosen for VS over some shorter and curvier types which is apparently the harbinger of some sort of apocalypse?!?!
As for her VS career, I thought she looked pretty damn sexy in these shots:
There's a hint of mischief in the eyes, a puckish quality, and she's long-limbed and lithe. It's not necessary for us all to like Adriana Lima Kate Upton the same thing...
Nice I never knew! Welcome to the KLOSS side
Once again, shes just straight up a really good model. Brings personality and feeling to ANY photography she does ![]()
But a woman whos not barbara palvin DARE LAND THAT COVETED VS ANGEL SPOT!!!

This forum has had its more fun and interactive days, but the future is still uncertain.
Take a break Baron, and please come back when you feel refreshed and ready again. Until then, I will miss your many engaging conversations with me, my friend. I've learned a lot from you and I hope that you have learned a little something from me, as well.
:Dinah:

All the best to you bud. You're definitely one of the four or five that made it most worth while on my end
.

Say it ain't so! ![]()

Oh B. So you really left BZ again?
not a good thing for many members and the whole essence of BZ as well
I hope you come back soon, mind you!
And I will answer posts either way, once you come back, you´ll find them here ![]()

^They're OK. I like the idea that you retain traditional native songs. There's a lot of Argentino folklórico around too, which I don't necessarily care for but it's important to keep alive. In the UK I like the eeriness of the folk history, the mythology of 'Herne the Hunter', the pagan gods and rituals. It's a largely untapped source which is why The Wicker Man is so memorable.B, how do you feel about English ballads? I´ve been in love with Scarborough Fair and Greensleeves so much. Those are eternal

^Sorry it's taken such a long time to get around to all these repliesI really liked Lucia Dvorska and Josie Maran too - haven´t seen much of others, do you have some pics with them? I´d love to see!
Angie Everhart (I thought she'd been in it more, maybe pre-internet the just didn't produce so many pictures?):
Michelle Behennah:
Bridget Hall:
And Argentina's own Valeria Mazza:
Also, because I forgot to mention her before, a bigger batch of (another Argentino) Yesica Toscanini:

Though I'm not always around but I can feel your absence, from Behati's thread which never looks the same without your contributions and from comments above.
Happy time off,Baron. ![]()

Good sir you are noticeably missed around here, hope all is going well on your side of the hill amigo

You can't keep saying no to this face for long ![]()

Oh, Behati and Adam splitted up?
B, isn´t that a great reason to come back?
![]()
we miss you ![]()

I know right? Listen to her Baron.... those Trojan horses that infest her thread will leave soon.. ![]()

Behati thread is so empty without Baron anyway.

I miss you two often when I visit this forum: Jennka and Baron. For about two 1/2 years you guys were fixtures here and, at least for me, helped make this forum the best one I've ever encountered. If it wasn't for you guys I would only have a fraction of the posts I have here. You guys engaged in real conversation, wrote interesting responses, had great manners, and added enthusiasm to model appreciation. I feel that we all got a lot out it with your infectious, positive efforts. It made logging into BZ really enjoyable and satisfying. I always looked forward to visiting this site.

I guess Baron really did quit cold turkey and moved on to better things. (hope he proves me wrong and decides to visit..) Members thread cannot be viewed by people who don't log in, and he hasn't logged in since April. And Behati is engaged which decreases the appeal of promoting her career.
A toast to you two, my friends. And to Ophelia, who was also consistently here to help out and add color.

Andy
I miss Baron too.
