Canada's not that big, but they have a lot of famous people anyway. Well, it is big technically, only a lot of it isn't habitable. Anyway, there's a lot of beautiful woman and I had to start somewhere anyway. The original idea was to do top 10s per country, but I found it a tad broad so I figured that I'd go with faces and estimations for other areas for now.

25. Skye Sweetnum - Skye's probably not a striking beauty (although if I'm not mistaken cheekbones have emerged of late likely due to kicking the cow milk to the curb or something) but her lips are something else and the rest is good enough to not mess that up.

Linda Evangelista - hard to place because of the nose (which of course is good for her modeling as it makes her more unique) but to me she has not only the prettiest eyes here and possibly in fashion, but as beautiful as any eyes I've seen anywhere. She also has a very nice smile and aside from being a great editorial model, I doubt there's anyone in the history of fashion better able to pull off as many different hair colors. I'll still spend my 10,000 on something other than convincing her to get out of bed though.

I'm not sure whether she's still working or not although I generally assume that most non-Brazilian models who were working in the early 2000s aren't working until I see proof of the contrary. Of course, in light of that, it is ironic that Evangelista is not only still working, but still has running commercials and in some stores, is actually the only fashion model who's picture is up (for L'Oreal) among mostly celebrities. I like Lily despite not watching Lost too and as I remember it, Estella was the only worthwhile part of the Planet of the Apes remake for me . I generally hear Daria referred to as a Canadian model, but it both are probably true since Canada is somewhat diverse anyway. Aside from fitness, I forgot the athletes for the most part, so I might update that part and I'm working on the other countries although some are hard because they're so vast and with others, I don't know many of their celebrities for the most part.

I've forgotten everything about the planet of the apes remake except for that scene with Estella Warren and the cages. The Apes were pricing the human slaves, and one Ape inspects Estella in an unsettling & prolonged manner. Then he concludes that 'This one is .....'very expensive'..(ROFL)

I have no problem believing that at all. I've heard lots of stories about celebs believed to be haughty not being so bad and some believed not to be so bad being some of the more intolerable ones .

Ha, you shouldn't have a problem. Many models & actors are just working stiffs wrapped up in PR & illusions. They aren't real artists.

He was also part of the crew that filmed 'Sex & the city'. To him, actors are just people who read out loud (convincingly) for a living. Nothing more.

Yeah, that's what makes a model who speaks her mind even if it isn't the most PC stand out to me a bit more. That's not to say I care for going too far on that end, but at least something in a humorous kindof light. As to the actors (though I love acting in theory) some not even convincingly ...

Some countries still proved difficult because of the wide range of possibilities and some due to me not being familiar enough with their celebs (in comparison to their models) to be as thorough as I would like. That's not to say that I expect the celebs as a whole to exceed the models in beauty, but I'd at least like them to have the chance as obviously most countries have celebs that can go toe to toe anyway. I wasn't able to fill in the other criteria yet on this one...

btw Joe, Kristin Kreuk is one of the most beautiful actress I´ve ever seen. Never been a real fan of her, but she´s utterly attractive, the "perfect" beauty, if you ask me. The exact mix of asian/european touch. I could watch her face for the whole day long.

I was surprised too (about Devon) but then I checked her mother is German (or half-German). I was even more surprised about Michelle Trachtenberg, but it looks like she's Russian-German.

Then again, I don't know if you'd say Mila is American without any hesitation. Janice Dickinson has also some Polish blood in her but does she even speak about it? Martha Stewart's parents are both Polish but she was born in New Jersey and everyone considers her to be an American.

Andy Warhol is Slovak but Jennka, correct me if I'm wrong but he didn't feel any connection with his parents' country, right? Similarly to Stewart, his parents were both immigrants but he was born in the US.

You always have the weirdest technical problems

Good points on those . Its probably a fine line just by virtue of the fact that a country isn't a race . Some on the other hand do have some distinctive looks that they produce more than others but diversity and immigrants make things interesting anyway.

There have been many model fads and crazes on BZ. There was a phase when Petra just had to win everything in the polls because she was perfect and a good person too. There was a time when the Bar thread was beyond wth status. There was a time when the Megan Fox thread's purpose was to have one side type long soap boxes about the ramifications of how she wipes her nose and the other side defend every criticism like they were her lawyers. The Doutdzen thread was temporarily[/yellow] plagued with a white supremacist guy though overall, just general pandemonium in light of the subject of whether she's the most beautiful woman in the world or not. The Laetitia thread's craziness was largely confined to the thread itself for the most part. There was a time when Katsia D was randomly in 90% of the top 10s (spoiler alert: not mine) and mysteriously disappeared from ever being mentioned again and the Candice thread expands like the universe with the word 'goddess' on almost every page. There have been others. Surely the Palvin thread isn't something I partake of without responding to a report among others. There is one that looms above all and that is of course the Adriana shrine thread. The truth is, regardless of one's take on her looks, more unique models seem to have the capacity to inspire crazier fans I think because there are less people who look like them. This is somewhat paradoxical in the sense that part of the Adriana saga is that everyone seems to simultaneously look like her at the same time . As a result, here is my random assessment of those generally compared to her on fashion sites.

Barbara Palvin: Barbara has bigger eyes with just as good of a shape and as good of a nose. I prefer Adriana's lips and hate the smile of both although I actually like Adriana's doggie teeth. In the body, Palvin has better hips (her only above average body feature) and Adriana better everything else. Palvin is as good of an equal or greater editorial model, starting off using the same expression at all times and progressing to be able to convey sensuality even despite looking like a 12 year old. Adriana probably has a big edge in runway not only due to height but being able to keep stride while engaging the audience.

How they compare to me: I find Ana to be prettier in every way. Adriana could be said to probably have better hips whereas Ana has superior legs. Both don't always do all they can do in

terms of expressions in their editorial work although they at least show they are capable of it unlike some others. Both show charisma on the runway.
